I just want to say, BE PREPARED FOR THE CRINGE. I wrote this well over a year ago, and my god, it is so FREAKIN' BAD... oh well I guess I learned from this and got a bit better. I mean, this is an experience for me... right?? RIGHT?!

"Gaaaah!" I screamed in horror as I tumbled down head first into a pool of water. Raindrops fell, coating my face with water and some kind of slimy substance. Strangely, the pool of water soaking my entire body right now was slightly green, and I could say it felt like mucus. My entire body was dripping, as tiny droplets of that gooey muck slithered down my back in a zigzag motion. The clouds were grey, and I couldn't even catch a glimpse of the blue sky. I had a feeling that something was wrong. I ran home, my hoodie protecting me as shards of icicles rained down on me beneath a canopy covering a fruit stall from the cold and slimy weather. Oh yeah, my name is Leia. I know, my dad named me after the most awesome girl character in star wars! Go Rebels!
My home was quite cramped, with boxes and cartons blocking the entrance. I pushed the empty boxes aside, and leaped over a pile of discarded magazines laying on the floor. A musky scent filled the air, and smelled of old cardboard and mold. David sat on the sofa, a pizza and a soda on his lap. The television was switched on the full blast, and I could hear some faint chuckling in one of the bedrooms. "David? What are you doing?! Mom said you had to finish your homework before your friends could come!" My voice echoed down the corridor, and the sound hopefully transmitted into David's nearly deaf ears. Georgina slammed the door opened, her hair messy, her expression hard, her eyes lined with some special eyeliner, and her ears were studded with black skulls. Yes, she was an Emo.
"Shut up, Doofus! Do you see what I'm trying to do?! Gosh! My friend Sam is here, and you have to ruin everything! Yeesh! Metal Music blasted through the room, and Sam banged his head like a rockstar, his bleached hair flicking Georgina's tiny collection of Gothic skull figure thingies, tilting their tiny miniature spiked necklaces. I don't really know what obsession she had with those weird shrunken heads as well, seeing as she bought all of them from the pawn shop. They probably could be all infested with who knows what? I scurried away, knocking David's Cola all over the dirty marble floor. "What do you think you 're doing?!" He shrieked as Toffee ran in, prodding her paw in the spilled cola. "Toffee! You bad kitty! Scram!" David was my older brother, and he was turning 17 this year. Georgina, on the other hand, was 16, and already had a boyfriend, Sam. You guessed it, didn't you?
Rain pattered down the windows slowly, condensation already took the toll, and a layer of cold icy water just sat there, motionless. Cars swept by, minutes ticked away, not a single word written on my homework sheet due for tomorrow. Toffee climbed on my lap, her now sticky paws stuck on my t - shirt, and a fresh brown mark shaped of a paw was now imprinted on my plain white t - shirt. A wave of reality swept over me, as I just realized the time: " 9:15PM " I jumped up, and ran out of my room. David's sweater laid on the ground in a crumpled heap, and behind his sweater, a green creature with fangs the size of pencils slithered right up to me. It had no pupils, and I could only see the white bit of it's eyes. I could not run, I could not scream. I just stood there, watching the green object get closer and closer...
