You might have read a book about one person having superpowers and trying to hide them. In the world I live in, it's a little different. We can see when everyone will die, except for ourselves. I have seen the date of strangers' deaths, and some of them the very next day. We are oblivious to our own death date, so we can't fulfill our lives. I've seen my sister's death date: 3/12/39. My father's: 8/6/45. I haven't seen my mother's yet, because she lives, as dad says: "in someplace new." I've seen my friend's death dates, and they can see mine. Everyone can see mine, but no one ever tells the person when they will die, it's an unwritten rule of our society. But there is one fatal flaw to this power, literally fatal, is that you can actually changethe deaths. How this works you may ask, is that you either you save this person's life, or you kill them before their expiration date. It's hard to live in our society because of this power, and with power, comes great responsibility.
