Chapter 1: Problems

Chapter 1

Luciana's POV

"Sissy, wake up...." A voice said while poking me, I groaned in response.
"Come on.... Time for school..." Yet another poke.
"Sis...... We're gonna be late!" The voice yelled which caused me to fall out of bed. I sat up rubbing my head and slightly opening my eyes. "The hell?" I mumbled "SIS! IM SO SORRY! ARE YOU OKAY?" I looked at the figure and it was my brother.

"Does it look like im okay?" I sassed
"No. And no need to get sassy in the morning." He replied
"Sorry. Morning mood." I said while standing up, I looked ar the clock and it said that its 6am
"Hurry up and get dressed. Mom's gonna drives us to school today." He said as he walked out of my room closing the door behind him.

I did my school day morning routine, and yada...yada...yada.. Got my bag then went downstairs.

~IN LE KITCHEN~


I saw my dad on the dinning table reading a newspaper.(Which was really weird for me because he rarely reads.)

"Morning Dad!" I greeted him smiling. Hoping to get an answer. Sadly no response.

Then Jordan came into the kitchen "Morning Dad!" he smiled as he greeted dad. "Morning Jordan!" dad smiled at him as he put the newspaper down.

"Any plans today after school?" dad asked Jordan, "Well I was gonna ask you if I could hang out with Max after school." Jordan replied as he sat down next to dad. I was just standing next to my seat listening to dad talk to my brother. Then mom came in and setted the food down, then kissed dad's cheek.

"Let's eat now." Mom said as she sat down on the chair next to dad. "Lucy, come now. Sit down. Let's eat!" mom offered happily to me.

"Um.... Im not hungry. And Im just gonna walk to school now." I declined "Oh. You could just wait for me and your brother to finish eating so I could drive the both of you to school."

"Thanks. But no thanks mom. Maybe next time." I said leaving the house.

While walking to school I bumped into someone then I fell to the ground, "Oh! Im so sorry, Luciana!" the person said. Looking up I saw Mark my best friend.

"Need a hand?" he offered his hand and I took it then I stood up.

"You look down. Something wrong?" He asked.

"Just thinking about stuff." I replied "Wanna talk about it?" "No. Let's just go to school yeah?"

Then we walked to school.

When we arrived at school we both say our goodbyes and went to our lockers.

I opened my locker grabbed my book then someone slamed my locker door shut.

"Hey slut!" Clara "the popular girl" greeted me nicely (note sarcasm) then I didn't reply.

"Hey! Answer me! Unless you wanna get slapped!" She demanded

"Oh! Im so sorry. How rude of me." I replied "Hello bitch queen!" I added and smiled at her. Wait what?! Where in the corpses is this confidence coming from?! *shrugs* Might as well use it while it lasts

"Excuse me? What did you just call me?!" she said raising her voice

"Are you deaf? I called you Bitch Queen." I smirked at her

"That's it!" then she tackled me then started yanking my hair, then a crowd started to form around us.

I rolled us over which caused her to let go of my hair and makes me on top of her. I sat on her and also yanked her hair.

"WHAT IS IT WITH ALL THIS RUCUS?!" Uh oh. I know that voice. Oh no. Principal Thomas.

Stopping what im doing, Clara took advantage turned around and punched me in the face and in the stomach, making me get off of her.

"MS. EVANS! AND MS. HORAN! IN MY OFFICE NOW!" Principal Thomas ordered. I stood up carefully then me and Clara followed Principal Thomas to his office.

We sat infrot of his desk then he made a quick call to someone then started to talk to us.

"Ms. Evan would you care to explain why you punched Ms. Horan in the face?" Principal Thomas asked Clara

"She insulted me!" Clara yelled. Dafuq?!

"Any defense Ms. Horan?"

"She insulted me first! Then I insulted her back! And then she tackled me to the ground and started yanking my hair!" I replied.

"Is this true Ms. Evans?" The principal asked Clara. WHY WOULD HE ASK HER THAT?! OBVIOUSLY SHE WOULD DENY! DUH!

"No sir! I-" she was cutted off by Mrs. Greyson

"Sir. Mrs. Horan and Mrs. Evans are here. Should I let them in?" She asked politely

"Sure." Soon then Mom and Mrs. Evans came in.

"Clara. Luciana. Stay outside for a while while I talk to your mothers." Pricipal asked. We both nodded and headed outside.

*SOMETIME LATER!*

Finally our parents (More like mothers) came out of the principals office, with the principal of course.

"Both of you are suspended for 2 weeks. Have a nice day." Principal Thomas said then went back in his office.

Clara and her mom left first. Then me and mom.

*Driving home*

The drive was silent. Which was really akward for me cuz Im not used to silence.

"Why Lucy?" Mom finally spoke

"Why what?" I asked

"Why didn't you tell me that you were being bullied?" She replied

"I didn't want you to be bothered." I replied simply

"You can tell me anything sweetie. Im not gonna be bothered, okay? Just tell me if you have problems." She said and I nodded.

Sigh... This is gonna be a long drive home.
