old-house-remodeling This is what her house looks from the outside. Nice isn't it?
Sunny%2BRockB301 Inside of house. Through the big door is the livingroom and if you keep moving towards the camera, you'll eventually get to the kitchen. To the left, where you can't see, is the front door and a foyer. The diningroom is connected to the kitchen.
"Welcome Haerin." "AHHHH!!" I screamed as I jumped forward, twisting around to face the mysterious person that just whispered in my ear. Breathing heavily in terror, I discovered that no one was there. How is that possible?! Have I officially lost it ? Yeah, that's it... I'm crazy! Shakily I moved to look around the house, just to make sure there was no one hiding in here. Sighing in relief when I found no one, I turned to head back to my food, only to run into something solid. What the-? I looked up to find myself face-to-face with a person! "AAHHHH!!!!" I screamed again and fell back on my butt. "Haha, why do you keep screaming like an idiot? Are you all there?" the man asked as he pointed to his head. Instantly outrage replaced my fear and I jumped up to face the man, "excuse me, I wouldn't be talking! I'm not the one creeping around in someone else's house!!" I mean seriously, who is this guy and how did he even get in here? "Psh, someone else's house? I live here!" Bwah? "Your crazy! I'm calling the police!" "Go ahead, though I must warn you, they won't see me." "What are you talking about? Of course they'll see you! Your standing right there and I'll make sure you don't escape." "I guarantee you, they will not see me" the man said with complete conviction. His confidence made me hesitate, "what makes you so sure no one will see you?" "I'm not real" he said, completely serious, "I'm a being created by your mind. Only certain people can see me." Deciding to play along with this psycho's story, I questioned him further, "What kind of people?" "Other people like you. People who hide from their problems in their imaginations. You see, everytime you hid in your imagination, you brought me to life! All your stories and dreams gave me characteristics and looks, until I became what you see in front of you." "Uh huh, and why haven't I seen you before?" "I can only appear in certain houses. You see, old houses have thoughts and feelings that are left behind over the centuries by it's inhabitants. These feeling saturate the house and give it a life if it's own. This 'life' makes the house susceptible to taking in other beings, like me. Since this is one of the oldest houses around, it's perfect for me to live in!" Strangely enough, his story sounds tangible. I wonder how messed up in the head this guy is! "Yeah, whatever you say . I need to go make a phone call now, I'll be right back." Before I could leave the room, the man rapped his hand around my upper arm and pulled me back. "You don't believe me?" "Uh? no. Please don't tell me your surprised! I mean, who would honestly believe that story?" "Fine, I'll prove to you I'm not lying" he snapped and began dragging me through the house. Okay, now I'm freaked! I have absolutely no idea where's he's taking me. What if there's a torture chamber here that I hadn't seen before? What if he's going to KILL me ? The man shoved me through a door, into a bathroom. Why.... "Now look! What do you see in the mirror?" he said while leaning on my shoulder. I looked closely at the reflection in the mirror, trying to figure out what he could be eluding to. "I see myself... What does this have to do with anything?" *Sigh* "What do you NOT see?" What is he talk- Oh... This guy has no reflection. I could feel myself pale as reality dawned on me. I can't believe this is real!! How is any of this even possible?! "I see you've figured it out. Why don't we head back to the livingroom so you can sit and think about this. I'm sure it's a lot for your tiny brain to take in." I glared at the man as he lead me back to the livingroom and pushed me onto the couch. "Well, I'm gonna go rest upstairs. Feel free to continue to think, but don't try too hard! Wouldn't want to fry what little brain you seem to have left." *Gasp of outrage* I jumped up from the couch, ready to kill this guy, but he disappears. DISAPPEARS!! Oh, I feel a headache coming on... Sitting back down, I began to rub my throbbing temples. Suddenly, I could hear his laughter floating through the house. I started laughing along with him, in annoyance. I'm not really sure why, but I laugh when I'm angry... Maybe I should just go to sleep. If I'm lucky, when I wake up that guy will just be a dream... Haha, yeah right! Shuffling upstairs, I went to the room I had chosen earlier as mine, and threw myself onto the bed. *Sigh* Slowly, I felt a grin make its way onto my face . Even with the set back of an annoyance in my house, I'M FREE!! No more worries! Tomorrow is officially the start of my new life. For now... I'm just gonna... *Yawn* sleep... .
