>>Gajeel's POV 🔩
Tch, I can't believe the flame brain decided to join us. We won't be able to work together well.
"Gajeel?" Lily called for my attention.
"What?" I said in a gruff voice. The fact that this numbskull was joining us was really annoying me.
"Should we go to Levy for information?"
"Right. Her Highness said so. Erza'll be there as well,"
"Alright,"
I heard a cry.
"Gajeel! Lily! Over here! Hurry!" Levy called for us.
"Alright Shrimp, chill," I yelled back and still walked at my own pace.
"Hurry it up!" Erza commanded.
"Dammit," I mumbled under my breath and ran to the library. If Erza commanded you, you could not disobey. I guess that's what made her the Captain of the FFM and earned her the title of the Fairy Queen, Titania.
"What's this all about?" I huffed as Lily and I reached the library. "Find any information?"
"On dragons? Not yet," Levy bit her lip.
"And this info is due in three days," I murmured.
"Exactly why you're called here. We can't call Natsu to tell us everything yet; he's still confused and such. Wendy is still attending to those injured during the battle. So you're our only source for dragons," Erza explained.
"Hah? I thought I already told you all of it when you first interrogated me," I raised an eyebrow.
"We thought you might have more," Erza asked, a bit forced.
"I told you, many times, there aren't much information about them," I said, starting to lose my temper.
"Even the tiniest bit of information might be useful," Erza pushed.
"I already told you—"
"Gajeel—"
"I told you there aren't many! They left years ago, what am I supposed to remember?!" I yelled, slamming my fists against the table.
Silence. The library was empty so only the three of them were looking at me.
"I'm going out. You all wasted my time," I huffed and stormed out.
Pests.
>>Levy's POV 📚
I've never seen Gajeel so angry. You can't really put the fault on him, or anybody.
Erza was stressed, having the pressure as the Captain of the most important squad, the FFM.
Gajeel was disappointed to see that the 'dragon' wasn't a dragon at all. I could see from his face the first day we were told that there was a dragon six months ago, he was so excited, waiting to engage a fight and question about Metallicana's whereabouts.
I rain out of the library to chase him.
"Gajeel wait!" I ran after him and managed to catch up.
"What is it, Levy?" he growled.
He was so mad he didn't even call me Shrimp and he always calls me that.
Before saying anything else I conjured up some iron.
"Solid Script: Iron!" and the word iron made up of, well, iron poofed up.
"Here, a snack," I said, smiling widely.
".....thanks Shrimp..." he murmured and munch straight from the iron.
"I'm sorry about your disappointment," I murmured.
"Tch, the world disappoints us too much," he muttered. "But at least there's a new rival, gihi."
I smiled. At least we could be at peace now.
"You go ahead now Gajeel. I'll stay in the library looking for more information on dragons,"
"Didn't you read all of them in like, 2 weeks?"
"A new shipment is arriving any moment. We'll get through this situation somehow,"
"I hope this Gate to the Dragon World thing will work,"
"Me too,"
"Levy! The shipment has arrived!" Erza called carrying a huge box in the air.
"Okay! I'll be there soon!" I yelled back. "See you soon Gajeel," I looked back at him one last time and ran to the library.
It was time for more research.
