>>Natsu's POV 🐉

"You're not the only one,"

Nani? Is that how she knows when Igneel disappeared?

"W-What do you mean?" I stuttered.

"Do you know of the dragons, Metallicana and Grandeeney?" Lucy asked.

"I think I've heard of those two from Igneel. Metallicana is like the Iron Dragon and Grandeeney the Sky Dragon, right?" I replied.

"Yes, that's right. Wendy, if you will," Lucy said and she turned her head to the blue haired girl on her right.

"Natsu-San, if I may call you that," Wendy said shyly.

I nodded, allowing her to call me that.

"If you are a wizard, that means you are a dragon slayer, correct?" she asked with more confidence.

I nodded again.

"The Fire Dragon Slayer?"

"Yes,"

"Then we were right, Princess Lucy," she said.

"I see," Lucy murmured.

" 'Scuse me, Lucy—" I started and a sword was pointing at my neck.

"That's Princess Lucy to you," Erza said scarily.

"R-Right, Princess Lucy," I stuttered. "What is this all about Igneel, Metallicana and Grandeeney and stuff? Do you know Igneel's location?"

"No, but these dragons, too, disappeared on the 7 of July, 777. Do you see Captain Gajeel and Wendy here?" she motioned to the blue-haired girl and the iron freak.

"Yeah why?" I replied.

"They are like you. Dragon slayers,"

I froze. There were others.

"R-Really? This innocent girl and this iron idiot are dragons slayers?"

"Watch your mouth, Fire Brain," Gajeel hissed. "And yes. I'm the Iron Dragon Slayer, Gajeel Redfox. Panther Lily here is my exceed, just like your neko."

"You're kidding me," I said.

"No he is not," said the bulky black neko as he poofed and became a smaller neko, just like Happy's size. Then he poofed back to his huge size.

"I'm the Sky Dragon Slayer, Wendy Marvell. Sometimes they call me the Sky Maiden of the Sky," Wendy said. "Charle is my exceed. Say hello Charle."

The white neko looked at me and huffed as she turned away.

"Charle! Gomenasai, Natsu-San," Wendy apologized.

I didn't say anything. How could I?

>>Wendy's POV 💨

I'm so ashamed. I wish Charle was more polite.

"Your Highness," I whispered behind her ear. "Should we return Happy to Natsu-San?"

Princess Lucy-San looked hesitant but nodded her head eventually.

I went over to Charle and Happy, picked Happy up and walked towards Natsu-San.

"Here, Natsu-San," I said.

Happy leaped straight towards Natsu-San without a moment of hesitation and hugged.

"Natsuuuu!" he cried.

"Happy!" Natsu-San replied to his cry.

I smiled at Princess Lucy-San and she smiled back.

"Can we say the interrogation is over?" I asked her.

"We can say that but the truth is only coming," she replied seriously.

I walked back to my original spot and waited for Princess Lucy-San to announce it.

"Well, I guess I can go now since everything is—" Natsu-San was stopped by Captain Erza-San.

"We're not done until Her Highness says so," she said scarily. Even I got goosebumps.

"Natsu Dragneel..." Her Highness started but Natsu-San interrupted her halfway.

"Just call me Natsu. It's annoying whenever I keep getting called by my full name,"

"Fine then. Natsu, although we have no idea about Igneel's whereabouts, we have something that could help us and if you don't mind, we would like your help," she said.

"Eh? My help? The most wanted person in the country is needed by the most important?" Natsu-San questioned.

"We have a contraption that could help you find Igneel but we need your magic power. You see, since it is to find dragons, we need raw dragon slayer magic. Wendy and Gajeel's power is insufficient to even fill up half of the power source needed. We even had help from another country's kingdom, its castle named Sabertooth. Princess Yukino Agria, a friend, also has two more dragon slayers in her kingdom; Sting Eucliffe the White Dragon Slayer and Rogue Cheney the Shadow Dragon Slayer. Now we just need a bit more. Will you help?"

Natsu-San looked hesitant. It might be the shock from knowing all about this all at once.

"Y-You don't have to decide straight away, Natsu-San. I know it's a hard decision but—" I started, trying to make him comfortable but he interrupted.

"I'll do it,"

"Eh? Seriously?" Gajeel-San said shocked.

"I've been living my life looking for him. If it means I can see Igneel again, I'll do it!"

"Yatta! Isn't this great, Charle?" I asked her, smiling widely.

"Well, I guess," she sighed and gave a small smile.

"You won't regret it," Princess Lucy-San smiled gently and this interrogation was over.
