The Fallen Angels: Broken Wings
-Prologue-
The two meteors plummeted toward Earth, breaking the atmosphere with a loud bang. They fell toward a dry, deserted land with several plateaus and mesas. The heat of the summer was intensified by the fire flaming against the falling rocks. The roar sounded for a great distance, until the crash. The space rocks landed on a large plateau in the middle of nowhere. Fire erupted around the location and burned the nearby plants. It clung to the rocks like tar to the road.
Amidst the flames, cracks formed in the meteors, a man with large, black wings emerged from the depths of one of them. He wore a vest, had a semi-muscular build, long, scene styled black hair that covered his right eye. His skin was pale and the flames illuminated his face, which came pre-packed with make-up that made him appear to have very chiseled cheekbones, he also had put pale, pink lipstick on his soft-looking lips and had dark, dark eye-shadow surrounding his eyes. His vest had silver studs on it and he wore loose skinny jeans as pants. He opened his eyes, which were a gorgeous Halloween orange.
"Dakota….” He murmured to the other meteor, caressing it gently, “It’s time to come out now.”
The rock burst as the other man was thrown from it, he landed gracefully on his feet, his long, bristly hair hugged his left eye, few knew what hid under that mass, and all were terrified of it. His bare chest had perfect skin that would make women drool. He wore the same jeans as the other and had the same eyes. The two both wore converse, Dakota's were worn and old, the first had bright, cherry-colored ones, “Sorry, Ashley….” He said coolly, “I just didn’t want to ruin my lovely figure.”
“You’re such a girl,” a slight grin of amusement appeared on Ashley’s solemn face.
“You’re one to talk, you don’t even cook, obviously real men are the cooks,” Dakota stereo-typed.
“Shut up, you know mother never taught me!” Ashley yelled, “Anyway… now that we’re Fallen, we must live without God… without the love of the maker.”
“Don’t even mention that….” Dakota stopped mid-sentence.
“Something’s beckoning….” Ashley whispered as a wicked wind blew their hair.
“It’s the devil,” Dakota murmured, “He is ready to meet his newest angels!”
“Let us go… and serve he who is true to our personalities….”
The two spread their wings and took off, flying toward the Pacific Ocean.
