Kierra's POV. *at school, lunch time"

I was at my locker putting my stuff up, when I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around and saw my best friend Tyler. "Hey! What's up buddy??" I asked while closing my locker door and heading for the cafeteria, Tyler following me. "You know just got done with boring classes......but there's a new girl here and her name is Hayley, I thought we could go meet her?" "Yeah I guess we could" I smiled up at him.

We got our trays and got our food. I don't like this school, they barely give you any food at all.

Me and Tyler were walking when he started talking, "there's Hayley sitting alone" he pointed at this really pretty girl sitting at the back of the cafeteria.

She had light brown hair and hazel eyes. She was really pretty. She was reading a book while eating.

"Um hi, I'm Kierra and this is Tyler. We heard your new here and thought that we could be friends" I said smiling to her while smiling.

She smiled back and started talking, "Hi guys nice to meet you, and yes I'm new here! Just came from America! And I would love to be friends!"

I sat down in front of her and Tyler sat by me. "I have to ask you a question, and if you say what I want you to say then I'll love you forever!" I said to her.

"Ok shoot!!" "Otay...do you loooove food?!" I asked getting my face really close to hers.

She laughed and answered me," yeah I guess I love food!"

"YOU ARE OFFICIALLY MY BESTEST FRIEND!!!" I yelled, making people stare at me.

"Hey I thought I was your best friend!" Tyler said making a pouty face.

"Dude I said she's my bestest friend, you're my bestiest friend!!"

He stopped pouting and hugged me. "Awe you're my bestiest friend too!!!!"

I looked over at Hayley and she was laughing. "You guys are so weird!! That makes you guys twice as awesome!!"

I smiled at her and laughed what a great friendship this will be!

*next day same time*

Kierra's POV

Today was my first boxing match after school. No one knows that I box. Not even Tyler. After school I need to go home and change. If you're wondering where I'm living now, I found a small apartment that's cheap enough for me.

If I win this boxing match I get $1,000 dollars! That's one reason why I want to box, is for the money.

I was walking to the cafeteria when I saw Hayley crying. I ran as fast as I could to her. "Hayley what's wrong?!?!"

"N-Nick punched m-me in t-the s-stomach, because h-he wanted m-me to not b-be your friend b-but I s-said no a-and said t-that if I was g-going to stay y-your friend then h-he would start t-to bully m-me!" She said through sobs.

This is all because of me. I new this would happen if I became her friend. It's always my fault for everything.

"Shhh it okay. I'll make sure he doesn't hurt you I promise you that."

"Thank you y-you're such a good f-friend."

I looked at her and she was smiling at me, I smiled back and told her to go find Tyler that I'll catch up with them.

I saw her walk off, and that's when I got angry. Nick can bully me all he wants, but he will not bully my friends!!

I was walking down the halls looking for him. I turned the corner and saw him with a group of his friends.

I felt my body tense up and I started clenching my fists and jaw. I was turning.

I ran up to him, not caring that his friends are here, and started yelling at him.

"NICK YOU BETTER LISTEN UP!!! YOU CAN BULLY ME ALL YOU WANT BUT YOU WILL NOT FUCKING BULLY MY FRIENDS!!! THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO YOU SO FUCK OFF OF THEM!!! IF I HERE THAT YOU HURT ANOTHER HAIR ON MY FRIEND THEN I SWEAR THAT ALL KICK YOU SORRY ASS!!"

After I yelled at him I punched him in the face. He fell down, and his friends got down to help him. I started walking away, but then I felt someone turn me around.

It was one of Nicks friends. He punched me in the stomach and pushed me to the ground.

I got back up and attacked him. I threw a couple punches to his face and stomach and then I started yelling at him.

"DONT YOU FUCKING TOUCH ME!!! OR I'LL BEAT YOUR FAT ASS YOU BASTARD!!!"

I stopped punching him and saw that he had blood all over his face. I looked at my hands and had blood all over them. I don't know if it's his or my blood.

I turned around and walked towards the bathroom. Luckily no one was in it.

I looked at my face and I saw that my cheek was turning a shade of purple. I looked at my eyes and they were pitch black.

I sighed and dried off my hands. I grabbed my sunglasses from my locker and put them on. Then I started on my way to the cafeteria.

When I got my food I found Tyler and Hayley talking. I sat down by them and they stopped talking. I just ate my food without saying a word.

"Uh Kierra why are you wearing sunglasses inside??" Tyler asked me.

"Um....I think they look awesome on me" I said not looking at him. I didn't want him to see my bruise on my face.

He just shrugged it off and started talking again.

Wants I was done with my food the bell rang and it was time for our next classes.

I can't wait until school is over.
