LILLY WAS YOUR TYPICAL BUT NO SO TYPICAL TEENAGE GIRL she liked to think of it that she was halfies, she didn't attend high school parties but she wasn't a loner she has friends. Lilly was getting A's in her classes but she wasn't a nerd as some people call it and she had a temper but she didn't like being the center of attention.

Lilly lived in San Diego, California with her dad, Lilly's mom left when she was a baby also taking her older brother with her. Lilly doesn't know anything about her mother nor her brother since her dad doesn't like talking about them, they still have pictures of her mom and brother around the house that her dad doesn't have the heart to take down.

Right Now Lilly is lying on her bed doing homework while soft pop music played in her background when there was knock on her door "come in" Lilly says before pausing her music

"Lilly we need to talk" my dad said walking into my room

"What about" I said pushing my homework aside

He takes a seat in my chair to my desk

"You know Lisa the girl I've been talking to for a year now" he said

"Yeah" I nod my head in confusion

"Well, I ask her to marry me" he said

"And" I trailed

"She said yes" he said

I stood up off my bed and gave him a hug

"Thanks Lilly" he said hugging me back

I sat back on my bed and gets up ready to walk out my room

"Oh, I almost forgot " he said, I look up at him

"We're actually moving in with her" he said

"Oh!, Okay where does she live?" I asked calmly

"New Jersey" he said

"I heard New Jersey skyline is beautiful at night " I say

he smiles at me before walking out of my room closing the door behind him

If you believe that act I just put on, your really gullible or I'm just good at faking

I can't believe my dad wants to just pack up everything we have here in California and move to New Jersey all because he met a women over the internet

He always tells me to be careful on the internet, you never know if talking to a girl or boy around your age or some forty year old man

Well, Dad just because your adult doesn't mean you can't get catfish

But I do understand my dad just want change and chance for me to have a mom figure in my life, but I also wish he can understand I'm struggling too

I definitely don't wanna leave my friends, They're so gonna be sad, I don't even think I'll be able to tell them

Ugh, I getting too stress let me just finish my homework, and go to bed
