Chapter 14

Lilly's POV

So far we've done, some reading then we did math and now, because we so did good in math, we're having free time and I'm sitting with Emily

At first she wouldn't talk to me, but I think she's warming up to me

"Lilly, can I talk to you for a sec" Mrs.Stevens says

I walk over to her

"I see that, Emily has taking a liking in you" she says

" yeah, she's very funny" I say

"Well, would like to eat lunch with her, she usually eat alone" she asked me

" yeah, I love to" I say

" you guys probably want to leave now, before there's a crowd, she'll show you the way" she says

I walk back to Emily

"Let's go to lunch" I say

"Your eating with me?" She asked

I nodded

She smiled, she got up and we walked to where the lunch line is

Ethan's POV

I'm in 3th period, which is science Grayson is in Gym, I'm impatiently waiting for the bell to ring, for lunch

Maybe skipping breakfast wasn't such a good idea, I need to see Lilly, I wanna know if she's okay and nobody is messing with her, cause the kids here isn't just mean, they take it to a different level

I mean I would know, but that's a different story

"Mr. Dolan!"

"Yes, Miss. Tuna" I snapped out of my deep thought

"Did you hear what we were talking about?" She asked

"Yes, Miss. Tuna" I lied

"Then tell me what I just taught the class" she says

Just as i was about to speak, the bell rang

Saved by the Bell, Literally!

Everybody got up and was leaving, eager to get to their next others were going to lunch, I grab my stuff and was headed towards the door

"Pay Attention Next Time, Mr. Dolan!" Miss. Tuna says

"Will do" i say walking out the classroom and to the cafeteria, I couldn't find Grayson, so i just walked into the line by myself, For lunch i got pizza with stream broccoli and pears, i payed for my lunch and walked to my lunch table, I saw Grayson walking towards me

"What took you so long?" i asked him

"I had gym, I was in the shower" he says

"Yeah, your hair still wet" I say

He grabbed my napkin and tried to dry his hair

"Gray, have you seen Lilly?" i asked

"No I haven't" he said trying to dry his hair

"I'm just a little worried, I feel something is wrong" I say

" Its probably the smell of that broccoli" he says running his hand through his hair

"I think she's hiding stuff from us" I say

"Like?" he asked

"Lets go and sit" i said

we go to sit at an empty table, when Grayson gets distracted

"Hey, Grayson" the most popular girl in schools says

"H-Hey, Jessica" He said

He had a crush on her since we was in 7th grade, she has bad news written all over her

"You wanna eat lunch with us?" she asked

"Uh, Yeah Sure" he said

"We'll talk later" he says to me

and walks to Jessica table, i go and sit down and eat by myself, I uncomfortably shifted from all the eyes staring at me

But I kept my eyes down and ate my lunch
