Esme's POV

Shuffling on my bed I reached for my alarm clock on my nightstand looking at it I saw that it's already 5:00 am in the morning. Another morning another day.

I stand up from my bed and proceeded to the bathroom, once I am inside. I open the shower clicking the red button to make the water warm I step in the shower it felt so good in my skin I get my vanilachocolate body wash and proceed in washing my body then my hair.  I went out then brushed my teeth after brushing I proceeded in moisturizing my body. After I'm done in doing  my morning shower routine I looked at myself in the mirror. I can say that I'm neither beautiful or ugly. Lookking at my curly raven black hair, forest green eyes and fair skin I look pretty average standing at the height of 5'2 I'm pretty small compared to other woman my age. I'm 19 and I will be turning 20 on December 16 this year.

Walking outside of the bathroom I go to my closet to pick my outfit for today which a plain white V-neck shirt and a ripped navy blue jeans with a pair of my old black converse.

I went out of my apartment and start walking towards the cafe. When I get at the cafe I saw Jenny which is one of my close friends, she's also 19 years old just like me  and she been working here for almost 1 year. I push open the glass door of the cafe "good morning!" Jenny greeted.

"Good morning. " I replied with a smile.

"You're pretty early today." I continued, usually Jonas the pastry chief and also the owner of this cafe is the one who open the shop.

'Yeah, someone woke me up pretty early today." she answered with a giggle.

"Sounds someone is in love." I replied and we both giggled. She blushed continued cleaning the counter top while I proceeded to the employees room to change to my uniform. I change in white long sleeves with a caramel colored pencil skirt and a 3 inches beige heels. I went out of the room to help Jenny prepare for the opening of the cafe at 7 am we still have 30 minutes before opening. Minutes later the chimes on the glass door rang and in came Jonas.

"Good morning girls!" He greeted cheerfully.
"Good morning Joe." I greeted.
"Morning Joe!" Jenny greeted as well.

"Let's get to work girls!" He cheered while clapping 3 times with a wide smile. I forgot to tell that Joe is 23 years old and is gay. He told us that when he admit that he was gay to her mother when he was still 18, it was a long time of awkward silence but his mom told him that she kinda know already. When joe asked him how and when she replied that she notice it when he was 16 years old and when they were together watching movies she always notice how joe would react to the hot guys on that particular movie. And her mom tild him that she accepts him wathever he is.

After he told us that story we all laugh joe, me, jenny, clif, and kris not because he's gay but because of how he reacted towards those hot guys on tv and we told him that we are happy for him. Kris and Cliff are the crew for afternoon up to night shift. Jenny and I will be working from 7:00am to 1:00pm while Kris and Cliff worked from 1:00pm to 7:00pm and they're also the one who close the shop together with Joe.

Its already 7 am and the costumers are coming in from grandparents, parents with kids to teenagers. We greeted them and proceeded with getting their orders. After serving every costumers and seeing them enjoying their food I sigh.

"Esme, I'll just go to the bathroom." jen whispered beside me.
"Okay." I replied then I went to the cashier to cover for her. A couple of seconds later the chimes rang and I looked up.

I felt like everything around me stop, standing in front of me is a very gorgeous man and he continued walking toward me with 2 guys following behind him in a suit just like him but the difference is that he's wearing a navy blue suit.

When he's finally standing in front of me I can say that he is very tall I bearly reach his chest and I am already wearing a 3 inches heels at that. When he looked down at me I saw his mesmerizing deep blue eyes, pointed nose, full kissable lips and a very well structured jaw line. Wow this man looks like a son of a God and a Goddess I thought to myself. I felt like I've been gawking towards the man for quite along time until jenny came in and asked the man what he wants.

"Welcome Sir. What would you like to order?" she asked.

But the guy just keep staring at me and I can't help not to stare back there is something pulling me towards this guy. Then he smiled at me and it just make my heart beat faster before I could respond he turn his head to jen and tell her his order.

"Three black coffee." He ordered, he's voice deep and very manly.
"Anything else Sir?" jen asked while I was there standing still looking at the man.
"That would be all." he dismissed.

Then jen turned to me like expecting me to do something.. And that's when I remember that I have to prepare their orders.

"Y-yeah.." I replied, turning my head towards the hot man I said.

"You're order will be serve in a moment." then I turned and walked towards the machine and started prepring their orders. When I'm done I turned around and I thoughy they were still their

"They took a seat at table 3." she said.

"O-okay.. Thanks." I replied.

Walking towards table 3 I felt nervous and I don't why.. I mean I shouldn't be nervous, right? I set my feelings aside and put their orders why I reach the table.

"Here are your orders, Sir." I said.

"Thank you Esme." He replied.

"How did you-" I answered but I was cut by him.

"Nametag" He simply said.

"Y-yeah, righy." I replied chuckling.

"Enjoy your coffee, Sir." I continued and smiled at him before turning my back and walked towards the counter but I can still feel his eyes on me. I know he's staring and its creepy but I'm not scared and I don't know why.

I better stop feeling like this he's just a costumer and Its my first time seeing him today and maybe I won't see him again. He doesn't look like he came ffrom this area he looks so sophisticated.

Yeah I better forget about what I am feeling right now I thought to myself.
