The Secret Star

I heard the screams of Elena disappear and the room grew quiet. I felt Emma pull away. "You can open your eyes now" she said in a soft tone.

I slowly opened my eyes to see Emma smiling at me. "What happened?" I asked. I looked around, Elena was no where to be seen.

I heard doors open and Liam ran over to us. "What the bloody hell was that?!" He asked in shock. Emma looked down, "I killed her". She turned around and looked at the stairs, where Elena had been standing. "How?" I asked. Emma sighed and looked away.

"She's a star"

We both looked up at Liam. He had a look of realization on his face. "I don't know how I didn't see it before!...your a star, aren't you?" He asked in shock. I looked at Emma. She nodded.

"A star?...how is that possible?" I asked completely stunned. Liam chuckled, "Well, all stars are people..occasionally, some will fall, but it's very rare". I looked at Emma, "Is that true?".

Emma nodded, "I fell when I was extremely small...Elena found me and took me to her inn". "Why would Elena want to trap you?" I asked. Emma sighed, "Because...because...". She stopped and looked up at Liam.

"If you cut out the heart of a star and eat it, you can live forever because a star lives forever" Liam said gesturing to Emma. I looked back at Emma, "What?!...she was going to cut out your heart and eat it?!". Emma nodded. I felt myself gag, that was gross.
"All witches do it" Emma said. I shrugged, "It's still gross".

Liam began to look around. I looked at Emma, "How did you kill her?". She sighed, "I did what stars do best". I chuckled, "And what's that?". She smiled, "Shine".

A/N: This chapter is really short, sorry. I decided that this was the best way to end it though.
As you can probably tell, there was supposed to be another chapter in between "Trust" and "Save Her" but I didn't like it. I took it out, that's why it seems a bit...rushed?
Unfortunately, that's how to movie ended, so I'm going to take it into my own hands now :)
