Lapidot: My Tutor (Human Highschool AU)

Lapis walked out of the office with Peridot. She felt weird that she needed a tutor, she had always been a good student. "So I take it your new?" Peridot asked as they walked. Lapis rolled her eyes "what do you think?" Lapis said in a salty tone. "Ok then" Peridot muttered. Lapis looked at Peridot which looked kinda worried. "look I just kinda want to just let everything fly by. I don't wanna be here" Lapis said.

"No its fine I get it. Thats how all new kids act." Peridot said shrugging it off. They were silent. Lapis looked around the hall. Their were a lot of kids. She could easily classify which ones were friends and how they acted.

"So..." Peridot asked "what would u like to see in our school?" She said trying to make it less awkward. Lapis wasn't up for much conversation. "Whatever you wanna show me is fine" Lapis huffed.

Peridot put her hands in the pocket of her sweater. "Well I guess... I should show u the classrooms well be in first" Peridot mumbled.

So Peridot took Lapis around and showed her all the classrooms. Lapis kinda just shrugged no matter what Peridot said. "This Lapis girl may be pretty cute, but she is too sassy. Maybe I just need to get to know her a little more " Peridot thought.

Lapis thought Peridot was to much of a nerd. And Peridot was kinda short. Although, Lapis also thought Peridot was kinda good looking. But lapis wasn't in high school for some cheesy romance.

"Nice shirt" Peridot said snapping Lapis Back to reality. "Wait do u know this band?" Lapis asked excitedly. Twenty-one pilots was her most favorite band.

"Yeah I know a few songs. Their pretty good." Peridot said. "Maybe I will get along with Peridot." Lapis thought as She looked over at Peridot.

They we're silent for A moment. Then they heard 1st period bell ring.
"Were gonna be late cmon!" Peridot said as she grabbed Lapis's arm and together they ran to their first class.

"Wow she's pretty fast, for a nerd" Lapis thought as they made their way to their class.
