Dinah's POV -8:00 AM-
I walked in the doors excited but nervous at the same time. I was walking to my locker when I saw the same necklace Mani was wearing on someone. She was standing in a group of people. Lauren Jauregui and Camila Cabello. My best friends?
I examined the face more.
It was Normani.
"MANI!!!!!!!" I screamed while jumping in her arms.
"OH MY FUCKING GOD ITS DJ!!!!" She screamed hugging her so tight on the floor.
"I can't believe this is happening. After knowing you for two weeks. I'm meeting my best friend." I said almost crying.
"Two weeks?!" Lauren asked and I nodded. She giggled and I found Camila staring at her. Again.
"Seeing you in person is the best thing I've ever had happen to me." Normani said and I hugged her even tighter if that was possible. We were on the cafeteria ground for ten minutes before letting go.
"I need to see your schedule.." I said and she handed it to me.
"We only have third together." I said devastated.
"At least we have a class together." She said and I nodded. I hugged her one last time before leaving for first period.

N: we are literally doing nothing what the hell
D: welcome to Lincoln high.
N: wow k u never told me the teachers did nothing
D: I wanted to but u told me to focus in class even tho we were doing nothing
N: I see it now
D: wanna go meet in the bathroom in B wing?
N: yesss I'll ask my teacher
D: I'm in the bathroom
N: k I'll be there

"Deej!!!!" She said walking in giving me a hug
"Hi mani!!!" I said.
"So why'd you wanna meet in here?" She asked.
"I wanted to hug u again. I know it's stupid we only met an hour ago." I said embarrassed.
"It's not stupid, this is literally the best day of my life." She said and I was relieved.
"We need to take a selfie so I can make it my lockscreen." I said and she nodded.
