Chapter 9 - Louis

I was cuddling with Madison on the couch, watching a Disney movie when she looked up at me.

"Daddy?" She smiles.

"Yes sweetie?" I moved s piece of hair out of her face.

"Love you," She giggled, poking my nose.

"Love you too," I couldn't help but smile slightly.

She reached up, pinching my cheeks and made me do funny faces, and she just giggled. I reached and poked her small nose, my smile starting to fade.

We heard footsteps coming down, "Hey you two!" Niall...

"NI!!" Madison jumped up, running to Niall.

"Hi angel!!" I heard him pick her up, and I sat up, stretching a little.

"Aye Niall," I greeted.

"You okay, Lou?" Niall questioned me, walking over.

"Eh. Kinda," I answered with a shrug.

Niall planted a kiss on Maddie's forehead, making her hide her face, "Kinda?"

"Yeah. Nichole and I tried talking earlier, it didn't end well... We just got into an argument..." I started to flip through tv channels.

"What exactly happened?" He asked, taking a seat beside me, holding Madison.

"I dunno. We were talking about the whole thing, and she asked if I had feeling for her, I avoided it and asked her the same thing about Harry," I told him.

He let out a sigh, setting Maddie down in between us, "Man..." He started.

"I know I screwed up... I don't know why I said that," I looked down at my hands.

"Hally & mummy?" Madison questioned.

I looked are her, curious, "What about them?"

"I saw mummy kiss Hally. On the cheek," Madison informed us.

Niall looked at me, with an aggravated look and then to Maddie, "Any where else?"

"Hally kissed mummy. Im confused," She looked between us.

"I should talk to Harry," Niall claimed, aggravation in his voice.

I took in what Maddie said, and I felt a sharp pain in my chest.

"S-She kissed him? H-he kissed her?" I felt anger build up and break out, "What the actual fuck!?" I quickly got up, throwing my beanie across the room.

"Daddy?" A scared voice asked as she snuggled up to Niall.

Niall calmed down, and pulled Maddie close to him, "I got you..."

"Thank you, Ni," Madison stayed close to him.

I paced the room, my hands on the back of my head, thinking. Niall looked up at me,

"Calm down, Louis. Would you like to go somewhere? Cool off?" Niall asked, rubbing her back*

"How do you expect me-" I sS my little girl, scared, I calmed down, "Yeah... That'd be good," I sat back down in my previous spot, "Maddie?"

She snuggled closer to Niall, "Yes?" She peeked at me a little.

"I'm sorry for yelling... I shouldn't have done that. Can I have a hug?" I held my arms out a little.

She looked at me, thinking it over, "Okay, daddy. Don't do that," she hugged me, cuddling.

"Seriously, do you want Tessa & I to take you out?" Niall asked, watching me.

"I won't sweetie," I promised, holding her, then I look at Niall, "I don't know. Maybe.."

We heard footsteps then a groan, "Niall, you never came back!" It was Tessa.

"Sorry," Niall simply shrugged.

"Sorry we kept him from you," I apologized, looking at her while Maddie just cuddled into me.

"It's okay," Tess at beside Niall, cuddling up to him, he couldn't help but laugh, "You got your baby, I got mine," He noted to me.

"Shut up," Tessa placed a tired hand on Niall's face, I chuckled a little, "True," I agreed.

"Hush," Madison giggled as we heard yet another person walk down. 

Madison took notice, but stayed in my arms, "Hi mummy..." I looked to see Nichole, running a hand through her hair.

"Hi sweetie," She smiled, "Do I not get a hug?" She giggled.

"No!" Madison shouted, making Tes perk up, "Wha-" She started, but Niall interrupted her by placing a finger to her mouth.

I looked away from her, "Should'nt you be with Harry?" I growled.

"What? What do you mean?" She knows exactly what I mean.

"You two kissed!! You only kiss daddy!" Madison shot out at her mother, making Nichole stop and think for a minute, then a look of realization appeared, 

"Sweetie, it's not what you think..." She started, I noticed Tes and Niall watching her closely.

"What the hell is goi-" Niall interrupted Tes again, she annoyingly pulled his hand away, "Stop!" She shouted at Niall.

"Then what the hell happened huh?" I asked, my anger building.

"I did kiss his cheek," She admitted. 

"And you kissed him!" Madison added in. 

"No, he kissed me. I didn't kiss him back..." Nichole defended.

"Yes you did!" Madison yelled, her voice cracking a little, and at that, Niall pulled her close to him. 

"I'm getting sick of waking up to this," Tessa claimed, standing up. She made her way to the stairs, and turned to face Nichole and I, "You two need to do something, and do it soon," then she left us, walking up stairs.

I stood up, the anger taking over my thoughts, "So, you think it's fair to pull this shit?" I growled.

"Louis, I didn't kiss him!" She repeated, shaking a little. She hated when I was mad, but oh well.

"Oh really? Prove it then I'll believe it!" I challenged her.

"I..." She looked down at the ground, unable to show proof.

"That's what I thought..." I looked down, then back at her, "Go mess with your little toy. I'm done!" 

"I don't like you mummy!" Madison's small voice shouted. 

"There's nothing going on between us!" She explained, then looked at Maddie, "W-what?"

"You're hurting daddy! You are a mean mummy," Madison explained.

"I didn't mean to hurt daddy..." Bull shit she didn't!

I couldn't take this anymore. A thought popped into my head that might work for everyone.

"Maybe we should take a break.."
