Jeongguk tried to barge into a private conversation so Taehyung said something devastatingly witty and dismissive but Jeongguk came back with something even meaner and more clever.

It's always calm before the storm. After happiness comes sadness. They've been too overwhelmed with recent happenings (yoonmin officially dating, Jimin call themselves as the mini-mini couple) that they forget that life is a bitch and it'll kick their ass sooner or later.
Taehyung found himself situated at the library, Jung Hoseok sitting pretty in front of him. Taehyung gulps, because the look that Hoseok is giving to him is the look of a curious mother. (Jin is scaries but come on, Hoseok with serious face is like a mad horse-)
"So.." He started, leaning forward towards the table in between them, "I heard you and Jeongguk are getting closer."
Taehyung nods slowly, unlocking to find his phone to read new messages from Jeongguk.

"And I was thinking that you guys are... perhaps dating?"
"No?" Taehyung whispers softly when he saw Jeongguk in his peripheral vision. He's looking good as always but, gosh. When did Jeongguk got this so attractive, meybe it's because of the plain shirt he's wearing.
"No?"
"I mean he's making me feel weird. Like... the gummy worms I ate this morning is alive and squirming inside my stomach." He gasp when Jeongguk saw him and show his bunny smile. "Oh my holy bag of sweet corn, it's happening again! Hoseok!"
Hoseok took out a notebook and a pen, before he start scribbling on it, "Continue."
"And and... he's making me smile too much and he's making my heart go choo-choo and oh my he's walking over here." Taehyung gulps, shooing Jeongguk away. "Wait for me outside, we're talking!""
He receive a shush from the librarian with round glasses and chubby cheeks (which Taehyung named as the guardian of the library.) Jeongguk ignores him and give him a sly smile before plopping next to Taehyung, "What's up?"
Hoseok shrug, "Nothing much, we're talking about something very important-"
"Like girl talk?"
Taehyung nods and pushes the younger's shoulder. "Yeah, so go. Shoo! Give us some privacy."
"Oh? I'm curious so I'll stay."
Hoseok mentally face palm as he saw the pleading look Taehyung sent to him. He's in a mission to find out what the adorable Taehyung feels for the cocky guy next to him. (If it wasn't for Jimin and if he's not interested in being a fan of the two, he wouldn't deal with this two immatures.)
"Care to wait outside? We're talking about something....really private."
Taehyung snorts, "Emo Bunny just doesn't carrot at all."
The guy sitting next to him gapes at him as if he have grown two heads. Soon enough, he clears his throat and said, "That's the sealiest thing I've ever heard."
"Toadally."
"You're so weird. Damn, you're crazy." Jeongguk scoff and Taehyung visibly stiffen.
"You have cat to be kitten me right meow."
The youngest of the three snickers and shake his head, "Wow, this is really weird. You're so weird, why do I even talk to you?"
That was supposed to be a joke. It is. But he didn't expect Taehyung to abruptly stand up and run outside the library.
"Well, this is hawkward." Hoseok says as he watch Taehyung leave the room, Jeongguk glued on his seat. He continued, "I find this amoosing."
Jeongguk stand up after recovering from shock and runs after Taehyung, leaving Hoseok alone. He sighs as he close the notebook and sip on his tea (where he gets it? He doesn't even know.)
"Oh whale, I'm owl by myself now."
The thing about Kim Taehyung is he look like a cinnamon roll and actually is a cinnamon roll. He's sweet and caring and dumb and adorable but he's a crybaby and a very sensitive person. He have a weird personality, saying whatever he think and doing whatever he wants, but that doesn't mean he's used to being called weird. It all started a joke, his friends calling him alien, he even found it funny at first. But that also doesn't mean he likes being called as an alien. He doesn't like the looks they give him, or the way they differentiate him. He hates himself for being him. For being weird.
And Jimin trully understand. That's why he ditch his first date with Yoongi just to shove a box of tissue to his best friend's face.
"I don't understand Jimin." He sobs, snot peaking out of his nose. "Why would he say that?"
Jimin frowns, "Maybe he's just kidding? I don't know? He's a fucker remember-"
And Taehyung wails more, punching the pink teddy bear (named Cookie, the teddy Jeongguk gave to him as an apology) before throwing it away. After wailing some more, he runs to where the bear is and hug it tightly.
"Are you oka-"
"DO I LOOK OKAY TO YOU?!" He wheezes, pulling his hair due to his frustration and then slamming it not so gently against the wall. Jimin hurriedly move to his side, pulling him close and hugging him tightly.
"God, you're too precious. Taehyung please..."
Taehyung sniffs, biting his knuckles as he mumble "I'm not weird, right?" repeatedly.
Jimin nods, a tear escaping his eye. "You're not. You're too precious, too fragile, Tae."
Jeongguk bumps into a grumpy Yoongi as he run around, looking for Taehyung. Before he could even walk away, Yoongi grips his elbow and throw a punch straight to his cheek. Jeongguk stumble backwards and look at Yoongi who give him a middle finger. "You're fucking stupid!"
Yoongi turn around before walking away without another word, leaving Jeongguk confuse, worried, and guilty.
It's a joke. Of course he likes talking to the elder. But he doesn't understand why or what just happen. He didn't mean it and he's just completely sassy today because his teacher make him do errands (consists of cleaning the room, organizing his files, rewriting the reports, etc.) and he didn't mean to fucking hurt Taehyung.
He then remember the look on his face before he left and God, it hurts him. He needs to apologize because it feels so wrong to not have a certain Taehyung rambling about rabbits in the moon.
His phone vibrates, a notification from IG. It's a direct message from a 'fan'.
OPPA?! Why did Taehyung oppa's account disappear??
All of the sudden, his world stop moving.
