Chappy 4 finish before its to late

Night last day

Connie day at her home having to training today aswel as school since her teachers had a meeting all she had to do was prepare for the next big day for her. Her parents were setting everything up without Connie knowing, they even giving her a surprise witch they are in need of help from the universe family. Setting up every little thing for their little girls birthday. Connie slept early which was luck for her parents.

Mr and Ms Maheswaran head to the universe residents.

Garnet knew the two human adults would ask for the gems assistance for  their daughters birthday so she head to the door immediately. She opened the door to find as expected the human adults ready to knock but stopped at their tracks as seeing the door opened for their entrance. Ms Maheswaran looked at the taller person and said

" we need to talk"

Garnet motioned them to enter the house and they accepted it. They were sitting on the couch and start talking about the what to do in the party. As they were talking
Mr Maheswaran noticed Steven was still awake.

"Excuse me but may I ask why you let your child stay awake at this time?"
Mr. Maheswaran said with a confused look as to why the boy universe was still awake. Garnet just looked at the two calmly as she said "Steven chose this. He chose to stay awake just so he can finish up what he started" Ms. Maheswaran looked confused with her husband. "But why? Aren't you going to be disappointed to why he doesn't get his 8 hours of sleep?" Ms. Maheswaran said

"Actually I would be as proud as a mother can be. Steven is doing this not just because he wants to but because he needs to." Garnet finished as the Maheswarans understood what she meant. The three checked on Steven without him noticing. They saw him with a lamp on reading what he has written on the peace of paper. The three went back to the couch and continued their conversation.

It was back to Steven. He kept reading what he wrote trying to familiarize it. He thought 'this is all for Connie' as he continued reading what he wrote on the paper.

The adults were just talking about the plans for Connie's birthday. "How about a dinner! Dinner always sounds great for birthdays" Ms. Maheswaran said while she clapped both her hands. Mr. Maheswaran agreed to the idea, but Garnet thought it was a bad idea. Reminding them what happened when both families got together in a dinner party. It ended up in a disaster. "So what do you suggest we do to make Connie's birthday extra special this year for all the hurt we have caused her"Mr. Maheswaran said having no luck for ideas. Steven over heard it and decided to speak up. "Hey guys. I might have an idea" Steven said with stars sparkling in his eyes. Garnet thought about it. "Alright Steven let's hear it" garnet said approving help from the little boy. The Maheswarans decided aswel to listen to the young lad. "Ok here it is" Steven said telling them details preparations and some plans. The two human adults listened to the whole thing and thought it was a great idea. Garnet smiling proud for her little one has grown up so much.

Steven Feeling sleepy he thought it was best for him to take a rest. He said that everyone should have a nights rest. The Maheswarans agreeing chose to head back to their home and rest for tomorrow. After they left Steven and garnet were left in the room. She looked at him for a while and gave himself a soft smile then a thumbs up. Steven returning the actions aswel. He watched garnet the the room to enter the temple. He was left there with his thoughts for the next day. 'I hope Connie would love my gift for her'. That was his last thought before dozing is to slumber.
