Getting Settled

'Everyone please fasten your seat belts, we are about to land.' I was awaken by the flight attendant announcing our arrival.

As we landed I watched out the window. Libby was suppose to be picking me up to bring me to my new flat she bought for me. The seat belt light turned off, which meant we were landed and could exit the plane. I stood up, grabbed my purse, and headed off the plane. As I headed to baggage claim I sent Harry a quick text saying I landed and not even a second later he called me.

"I thought you were going to call me, not text." Harry said as I answered my cellphone.

"Sorry babe, I figured you would be sleeping since its 2:00am in London." I said while waiting for my luggage.

"I've been waiting love.  I wanted to know you are safe." Harry said tiredly

"Thanks babe. I miss you. I gotta go get my suitcases. I'll text you when I get settled. If you answer then we can Skype, yeah?" I stated as I spotted Libby trying to find me.

"Okay babe, I love you." He says

"I love you too." I say then the line went silent. I walk over to Libby.

"Em! It's good to see you. How was your flight?" She asked excitedly

"Okay. Can we just get my suitcases and go? I'm kinda tired." I ask

"Sure, but I know the real reason is that you wanna go talk to Harry." Libby smirks

"Pfft! Whatever." I laugh a little. As soon as my luggage comes around the cart, we head to Libby's car are she drives towards my new flat. Before we head insides Libby hands me the keys. I carefully unlock the door, pushing it open, and rolling my bags in.

"Wow Libby! You are an amazing flat shopper." I laughed looking around my new home for a while.

"Thanks. Get settled. Tomorrow you have an interview and rehearsing for your new film." She says and I nod then she leaves. I roll all my bags into my new bedroom, rush over to grab my laptop. But first I send Harry a quick text.

'You still awake, sleepyhead? xxxEm'

He quickly replies.

'Of course I am! Logging on Skype now. xxxHaz'

I flung open my laptop, quickly logging on Skype, and clicking on Harry's name. It rang three times before he picked up.

"I thought you would never answer." I giggled

"Why would you think that?" He laughed back

"I miss you so much." I sighed

"I miss you too, Em. But, how's your new LA flat?" He asked trying to cheer me up.

"Amazing. It has a beautiful view of the city. Let me show you." I giggle walking over to the balcony with my laptop.

"Wow it is beautiful." Harry says in amazement, "but not as beautiful as you." He says flashing his usually cheeky smile.

"Thanks Haz. This place is pretty wonderful, but it's missing one thing." I sigh

"What?" He questions

"You." I sighed

"We'll see each other soon. I promise. I love you." He reassures

"I love you too." I smile back

"We'll you should probably get going. I'm sure you have a busy day tomorrow." I sighed

"Yeah I do actually. We have the London premiere for This Is Us." He smiled.

"Okay. But Haz, have fun tomorrow! Love you!" I smile

"Love you too Em!" He says and with that we hang up.

I decided that I should probably unpack. It was about 7:00. I made my way down the hall to grab the rest of my bags. I went into the bathroom to put away all my... bathroom supplies. (or whatever you want to call it) I saw another door, I figured it was a closet for towels or something but when I opened it.. the was a giant walk in closet, a make-up "station" area, and another desk with an iMac computer sitting on it. I was in total utter shock. Then I relized this is probably why my bedroom only had one dresser and no closet. I ran to my bedroom and rolled all my clothes into the closet. It took forever to put away everything but I finally got it done. It was about 8:53pm. I decided I would go to bed early, since I had an interview tomorrow.

Before I knew it I was sleeping thousands of miles away from my boyfriend, best friends, and family.

Sorry if it's not a great chapter. It's sort of a filler chapter. I will hopefully have another one up by tomorrow night. I'm going to be starting school soon, so I won't be able to update as often as you and I want. But I will still update. Again, I'm looking for someone to create a trailer of this faniction and put it on youtube. If you happen to make one I will love you forever! But also message me the link or comment it below.
