Hard To Get

Phone Call

As Harry and I were eating I heard a knock at the door. I got up walked to answering it. As I opened the door I saw Louis and El standing there. 

"Hey, Em...." El said cheerily at first but then looked at me strange. I looked down and saw that I was still only in my undies and Harry's shirt. 

"Oh.. erm, sorry." I said blushing before letting them in. 

"Harry, what did you do to poor Emma!?" Louis shouted acting like a protective dad as he walked into the kitchen.

El and I started laughing following him. Harry held his hands up in defense. 

"So what are you guys doing here?" I asked still laughing a bit. 

"We're leaving today for New York. And please go change." Lou and El said at the same time to Harry and I. 

"Okay, okay. I'll pack too." I said rushing to my room with Harry following. 

"You can shower first while I pack." I said to him and he nodded before kissing me on the forehead and heading to my bathroom. 

While he was in the shower I started to pack. I threw in the usual things like, bras, underwear, tank tops, shorts, jeans, shirts, socks, and shoes. That's alot I know... but I'm not even done yet. Now I have to choose an outfit for the VMA's and the premiere. I decided that if I had the time I would go shop for a dress there, but I packed two back up dresses and heels also. As soon as I zipped up my suit case Harry walked out of the bathroom in just a towel wrapped around his waist. 

"Geez, could you cover up." I teased.

"Don't act like you don't like it. Besides you've seen alot more of me." He chuckled

"Pfft! Whatever. I'm gonna go get ready, you get dressed!" I laughed as I went to the bathroom. I quickly took a shower then jumped out and wrapped the towel around my body. I peaked out of the bathroom door to see if Harry was still out there. I didn't see him so I walked out and into my closet dropped my towel and started to get dressed. I threw on obviously a bra and underwear. Then a pair of jeans with a red tank top from Victoria Secret that said Georgia on it. I paired that with some black combat ankle boots. I left my hair natural and applied some neutral makeup. I grabbed my suitcase and rolled it out to the living room where everyone was. 

"You ready?" El asked since Harry was talking to Louis.

"Yeap." I said as my phone started ringing. 

"I have to take this, its Libby. I'll meet you guys at the car." I said

"Okay. I'll take your suit case down." Harry said kissing my cheek then heading down with Lou and El. I clicked answer

"Hey Libby, what's up?" I asked answering my phone. 

"What are you doing this weekend?" she asked

"Going to the VMA's and the This Is Us premiere with Harry why?" I asked

"Perfect!" She squealed

"Why?" I asked still confused

"I got a call. Your going to be presenting 2 awards! And you were nominated last minute for one as well!" She basically shouted into the phone.

"Omg! Really!?! Which ones?" I asked excitedly

"Your nominated for Artist to Watch. And your presenting Best Song of the Summer and Best Female Video." she squealed

"Oh my gosh! Thank you so much. I have to go now or I'll be late for my plane." I laughed before hanging up and rushing down stairs. 

As I ran to the car Harry turned around and I jumped in his arms with my arms wrapped around his neck and his arms around my waist lifting me off the ground. 

"What?" He asked

"I got nominated for a VMA!" I yelled

"Congrats Em!" Harry, Lou, and El all said at the same time. 

"Thanks and I get to present 2 awards!" I squealed being released of Harry's grip 

"Which ones?" Louis asked

"Best Song of the Summer and Best Female Video." I explained. 

"Hey that's what we're nominated for!" Louis shouted excitedley like a little kid.

"Best Female Video?" I question

"No! Best Song of the Summer." he pouted. 

"I know. I'm just teasing." I laughed

"Well let's get going we don't want to be late." Harry said getting in the car. 

I hopped in and saw that the rest of the lads were in there too. 

"Congrats Em!" They all yelled.

"Thanks, it wouldn't have happened with out you guys." I smiled as the car took off.
