Over and Over

Chapter 8

Ashton's P.O.V

"Shit-Okay-Damn-Why?...How?-Is Mom okay?" We all poke our heads out our bunk and look at each other's confused and tired faces to hear Luke pratically screaming on the phone. I jump off the top bunk walking to the couch in the tour bus to see Luke throwing his stuff back into his suitcase "I don't care. I'm coming, I'm going to the airport right now. I'll be there tomorrow." He says stuffing his phone into his pocket.

"Dude, what happened? Why you going to the airport, is everything okay?" Michael speaks from behind me.

"Someone broke in the house. They drugged mom and Holly..." He breaks down.

"W-wha-is she okay?" I say.

"They tried to kill her. Jack said. The whole thing with her mom and James is a murder investigation now." He cries flopping onto the couch with his head in his hands and face flushed red. "I don't know what to do. Being away from everyone..." He cries.

"Don't worry we're all going to come. Family comes first before anyone else."

"We don't have any dates for 2 weeks anyways, promos can wait for another time. Don't worry about it. It's under control." Our manager comes to talk to us. "Go pack your things."

Holly's P.O.V

"Hey, there's my two favourite people!" I say hugging Lauren and Harry. Anna runs towards me cupping my face.

"I'm okay. I promise."

"Good." She pulls me into a hug. "Ashton called to say they were coming and told me what happened. I had to see you both."

"They seriously don't have to. Liz is okay and so are we." I say turning back to see Liam and policeman outside his room.

"Too late. They should be on their way here." She smiles. "I think the Policeman wants to talk to you." She says glaring at the man behind me.

"Lauren, Harry why don't you go see how Liam is doing, ey?" I say. They walk off towards Liam's room, I didn't need them to be apart this hell too.

"Miss Holly Ann Williams?"

"Yes."

"I'm Detective Cape. I'm the senior of the team whos going to help with the investigation. The man who we caught at the scene, died, not too long ago. And I'm unfortunate to say he did not reveal anything of who was paying him. I was just hoping if I could ask a couple of questions."

"Yeah...erm-Sure." I say looking upto Anne.

"Does your family have any enemies? You know - recent feuds?"

"No, we don't have family except for my Uncle Danny."

"He's your mums brother, correct?" I nod. "Serving the army for the British...so he claims." He mumbles.

"What was that?"

"That's all I have to ask. Thank you for your time, I'll be in touch hopefully with new information soon." He says passing me his card.

"No wait. What did you say about Danny?"

"Nothing to worry about. We'll see you soon."

Ashton's P.O.V

I was nervous coming to Luke's house. I could feel my heart pumping outside my chest, I don't think I could face her. Michael opens the front door to Luke's house, "Hey!" He shouts.

"Hey guys." Holly croaks, sitting wrapped in a blanket from her neck to toe. "Luke said he's coming back in 2 minutes."

"Well, we actually came to see you." Michael jumps on the couch hugging her.
