Falling for You [natray/gratsu fanfic]

"Sorry Luce but I am taken."

"Ok, first of all I wasn't even asking you out you moron, and second of all, what?!"

Natsu had a proud grin on his face. "Yup, but they don't want to rush into anything so we're staying under the radar."

"Wow," the blonde said happily. "I'd never pick you to be the romantic type."

"Well normally I'm not but, I really really like this person." Natsu admitted.

"Well she's a lucky girl." Lucy chirped.

Natsu silently snickered, "yup a real lucky, girl." He whispered to himself.

To be honest with himself Natsu had never really liked girls. Sure they were cute but he never felt a physical attraction to them.

The salamander had to do his best to keep his face neutral as he saw his little dark haired snowflake walk in.

Gray glanced at him and the blonde nervously for a moment before exiting the guild.

"Catch ya' later Lucy. " Natsu slurred as a chased after his 'lover'.

Gray noticed the little pink head following him so he just kept walking shoving his hands in his pockets.

Soon enough Natsu caught up and placed his hands on Gray's cold shoulders, blowing in his ear seductivley.

"Gahhhhhh! Natsu!" Gray shot away from him but fortunately there was no one around. They were in some park near the guild.

"Hey~" Natsu smiled "drag me out here to kiss me again?"

"Wha?--no! Natsu--I don't--"

"Shhh" Natsu hushed Gray putting a finger to his mouth.

Wait when did he get so close!

"What's wrong snowflake?" Natsu whispered as he barely kissed the side of Gray's lips. "Nervous?"

"I--" Gray's voice cracked.

What is going on?! Why is he doing this? Why am I letting him do this?

Gray's head was spinning. He tried to gain some control.

"Natsu I think you may have the wrong idea.  .  ." He weakly stated as Natsu continued to put light feathery kisses down his neck.

"Mmmmm, what was I mistaken when you kissed me?" Natsu slyly replied.

"No-no, I did do that, its just--"

"--just what Gray! You don't just kiss someone and pretend nothing happened. Obviously something did happen." Natsu frustratedly remarked. 

The dragon slayer had a point--Gray did take initiative and kiss the guy but the poor guy was still confused with his own feelings.

"I just.  .   . don't know.  .  . I'm sorry. " Gray mumbled looked down.

Natsu cupped Gray's  face and a smirk arose in the pink haired features.

"It's alright. How bout you just don't spend so much time thinking about it and just let me make you feel good."

Gray looked up, "Natsu.  .   .what d-do you mean?.   .   ."

Natsu had a mischievous smile.
"Just you wait."
