Rin's POV
"Hey! Are you listening?" Cassidy my friend kept bugging me.
"Still in a daze Cass." I feel a bit tired because I was so excited about my first day here.
"Where did you go this morning? I was looking for you."
"I slept on the ground." I flashed a smile.
"A renowned girl such as yourself slept on the ground?" Cass bursted out a giggle.
The ceremony ended and the two of us headed to the classroom when I saw the guy from the mini forest. Now that I took a look at him he's a boy right? I re-examined him again. Oh look at that adam's apple, flat chest and pants. He's a boy.
The boy saw me and stared at me. Must have remembered me huh?
"Rin! Over here!" Cass already found a seat.
"I'm gonna stay at the back Cass." I walked passed the boy and sat on my chair.
I was staring at the window when the teacher came in and had his orientation. The view is relaxing up here. I know that time flew fast and the teacher left.
"Hey?" I heard someone holler at me.
I turned to the person and it's the boy from earlier. Shocker.
"Yes?" I responded.
"I'm Micheal. I know this must be lame but I wanted to be friends with you." He timidly told me.
"Is that so? Why not?" I smiled at him.
He was surprisingly honest and cute. I watched him walk away when I saw a guy planning on tripping Micheal. I acted immedietly and held his hand to prevent him from falling. You could call this a bit awkward.
"Are you alright?" I asked him as I let go of his hand.
"Ah. Yes. Thanks." He was happy that I helped him.
"What was that heroic display Rin?" Cass gave a big grin.
