Chapter 22- At first it was one and then it was two

*Louis’ P.O.V*

“Ready babe?” I asked walking into the bathroom where Eleanor was styling her hair; she looked up and smiled at me through the mirror “just about” she replied. I watched as El wiped a light coat of light pink lip gloss over her lips, “done” she smiled and turned around to face me.

It took me a moment to snap back into reality; she was so gorgeous, the way her hair curled at the ends, the light makeup she wears an-

“Ahem” I shake my head and look up to see El giggling, “come on let’s get going” I say and lead her out to the car.

“Louis, what are we going to do about Harry?” El asked as I set off down the road I looked over to her and sighed “I don’t know, I’m hoping that later this afternoon will cheer him up a bit” I said.

I arrived outside the university and stopped in a taxi zone, “I’ll pick you up around 1:30 yeah?” I yelled through the window and she just nodded “yeah I’ll see you back here” she answered and with that she was off.

I started the car and began to drive to the hospital.

“Hey mate, how is she?” I asked as I walked into Alex’s room, Harry turned to face me “hasn’t changed” he mumbled and turned back to her.

“Harry she will be okay, come on, we are having a lunch at my place” I said as I put my hand on his shoulder “not hungry, go on without me” he said and I sighed “you’re coming and there Is nothing you can say to change that” I explained sternly and Harry turned to face me.

“I can’t leave her” he said his voice cracking a bit “mate you need to freshen up, the nurses will call if there are any changes” I told him and he nodded slightly, “come on let’s get you back because I’m sure that when Alex wakes up she will want to be greeted by her handsome boyfriend and not someone who looks like he has been to hell and back” I explained and saw Harry smirk a little.

“There we go! Now you actually look good” I joked and Harry smiled a little “so when is everyone coming?” he asked and I looked at the clock

“should be round about now” Eleanor said as she walked into the room with a bowl of crisps.

Harry nodded and took a handful of minstrels before flopping onto the couch *ding dong* “I’ll get it” I said and rushed to the door, as I opened it Niall barged in with the rest of them following closely behind.

I closed the door and walked to the living room as the others sat down, “so what’s for lunch?” Niall asked and I laughed before answering “chicken” I said.

*Kym’s P.O.V*

“Hey Haz, how you going?” I ask as I sit down next to the curly haired boy “I’m alright I guess” he shrugged and didn’t once take his gaze off of the London city. “Everything will be okay Harry” I whispered as I hugged him “that’s what everyone says” Harry mumbled and I sighed “she will make it out of this Harry” I said as I stood up and gave him a pat on the back before walking away.

“How’s he doing?” Liam asked and I shrugged “better than before but still torn up” I said and walked over to Niall “hey babe” he greeted and I smiled. “Kym want another drink!?” Perrie yelled from the other side of the room “No I’m good, about to leave” I yelled back and turned to a confused Niall.

“Leave?” he asked and I nodded “I just want to go to the hospital and see how she’s doing, at least now I won’t have Harry to worry about” I explained and placed a soft kiss to his lips. I said ‘bye’ to everyone and walked out the door, I walked down to the car and got in.

I set off down the street and as I came to a roundabout ‘What Makes You Beautiful’ came on the radio and I laughed to myself, I went through the roundabout and glanced down to turn up the radio. I was happily singing along and I wish I had never made the next turn…

As soon as I did I was blinded by bright lights and a loud horn, I grabbed the wheel to get out of the way but before I could even move a muscle, I was plunged into darkness.
