It was all a dare

"Liam Payne and (y/n) (y/l/n) were spotted outside of former bandmates, Zayn, album release party. Could there be an upcoming collab?" The tmz reporter said as I walked into the room finding Liam engrossed in the t.v.

"Hey babe." I said slidding on my side of the bed. Liam looked down at me and grabbed my hand.

"Hi lovely. How was your day baby?" He asked kissing my forehead and muting the tv to hear what I had to say.

"It was good. Didn't get mobbed as much as I used too so progress I guess." I laughed and he smiled.

"We have dinner with the boys tonight. The girls are going to be there as well." He said and I frowned slightly.

"They don't like me Liam. You know that, they never have." I said begging him to stay home. Ever since we started dating they boys have always hated me. I honestly don't know what I have done.

"I know baby girl but it'll just be for a little bit then we can come home and cuddle." He smiled and me playing with the ends of my hair.

"Alright. I guess we can go." I said sighing and I felt Liam's lips come in contact with my cheek.

"Thank you baby girl." He said standing up and heading into the bathroom with a better shirt in his hands.

I stood up and walked back downstairs to where my phone was. As I was walking back upstairs I heard Liam's phone ding. Well Liam isn't here I could take a look. I walked over to his phone and saw a text come up. It was from Niall.

Hey mate. Can't believe you actually have spent 9 months with (y/n) for 100 bucks. That's insane man. Anyways come get your money tonight.

Wait hold on. He was paid to date me? My thoughts were caught off by hearing the door open and me jumping away from the nightstand.

"You ready?" He asked grabbing his phone and laughing as he read it over. I frowned but then quickly covered it up as his hand grabbed mine.

"Yeah. Lets go." I smiled at him as we walked outside to his car. When we got in I pulled out my phone and texted (y/bff/n) about Niall's text to Liam.

Hey okay, I'm really worried Liam got a text from Niall saying that he couldn't believe we have been together for 9 months all for 100 bucks? He is getting his money tonight at dinner? Should I wait to say something then?

She tested back almost immediately.

Omg! Wait I would've said something right away! Okay, wait until you get there so you can eavesdrop and find out some for information about this whole bull. Good luck babe I love you x

I sighed. I honestly felt like crying. It feels like someone grabbed my heart, stomped on it and threw it in a sea of needles.

"You alright? You look a little pale." Liam said grabbing my hand.

"Yeah. I think I'm just really hungry." I said looking over at him as he glanced at me.

"Well we are here! So lets go inside." We got out and headed up to the front door and I knocked. Andie, Harry's girlfriend, answered the door.

"Hi guys! Come on in!" She said opening the door wider so we could fit in.

"The boys are in the kitchen. (Y/N) you can come with us!" She said grabbing my hand and shooing off Liam.

"So what's up? (Y/bff/N) texted us all? Do you believe it?" Niall's girlfriend, Tobi, asked. I shrugged not really knowing.

"I'm not sure. I mean things are clicking now."

"What do you mean?" Ally, Louis' girlfriend, asked

"Niall texted Liam saying I can't it's been 9 months only for 100 bucks." I said staring at the wall that became very interesting.

"Wait are you serious? Niall wouldn't do that." Tobi said putting a hand on my shoulder.

"I'm not sure Tobs."

Liams pov

I feel awful. Completely and utterly awful. I played around with a girls feelings all because I decided to get drunk one night.

"Alright mate. Here's your 100 bucks now go dump her little heart." Louis said and I declined the money.

"No, I'm not gonna be doing that anymore." I told them and stepping back so I didn't feel any pressure to do it. 

"And, why is that?" Niall asked. 

"Because I never wanted this dare to happen anyways. I was drunk and took a girl for granted something I said I would never do. All of you boys know that. I fell in love with her, I love her with all I am and i'm not throwing this all away for 100 bucks. She is worth so much more than that."

"So it really was all a dare then huh." I heard the voice i didn't wanna hear while having this conversation. I turned around and was met by (Y/N) tears freely falling. 

"It was a stupid drunk dare that mean't nothing to me and I really hope you know that. I love you so much baby. Please." I begged walking up to her but she walked away. 

"Don't do this please beautiful. I've been wanting to ask you out but then I got drunk the day before and I just went with it. I'm so sorry."

"No, this isn't something I can just be okay with Liam. I had just come out of such a horrible relationship and you basically come and do the same thing he did. I can't believe you. Actually I can't believe myself for trusting at the state of mind I was at. You played me, you played with my heart and stomped on it like it was just some piece of dirt stuck on your shoe. I'm done."

Oh my goodness. I'm so sorry that it has been so long you guys! While i'm trying to work on the military series I thought I would write this for you all! There is gonna be a second part so don't worry!
