Chapter 2|| Friends

  You ran out of your house as fast and as quiet as you could to avoid your parents yelling at you for hours, getting you late. But. You cannot forget the most important meal of the day (servin' it up Gary's way). You grabbed some toast senpai and left the house.

Lunch. Why. No matter where you go or what you eat for lunch, it's always terrible, always. So far the school day has been pretty normal. You went to your classes. Met some people, but you wouldn't really consider them friends, more just acquaintances. If you can remember they were named.. Sollux? Feferi, Aradia, and Dave.

Dave always acted like he were soooooo cool but. That always got him in trouble because he wore his sunglasses to class. Aradia loved telling bad jokes; you loved bad jokes! Maybe if you two hung out more, you'd become friends. Feferi was always happy! Always! She cheered anyone up without even trying! She was like a role model for you. And last but not least Sollux. He was into computers and bees. There's not much you can say about him, but he is super cool.

Anyways back to lunch.

  "Sollux, can I sit with you and your friends? I don't really know anyone here, and you're the only person I know that's in my lunch period."

  Phew. That went well. You thought to yourself as you sat down in the only available seat at the table, by a short kid you would soon come to fall for.

  There were 5 kids at the table including you.
