Hearts Beat Faster *Chapter Twenty*

"Chloe, I like you," Zayn blurted. The words were running through my brain taking a while to process. Why was he admitting this now? How long has he liked me? What do I say??

His eyes never left mine as I realized my teeth were biting my lower lip so hard I could taste the salty blood. Scared if he was joking or not. His hazel brown eyes twinkled in the dim lights of the small alley. I raced to process his words but my mind wasn't taking in anything. I felt my cheeks redden as his hot breath beated down on my forhead. I could only make out his dark silhouette figure and parts of his face. He dragged his tongue across his chapped lips as he watched my movement. Ready to pounce if I was to dare run off. I shut my eyes as his hand cupped my cheek. The warmth of his touch sent tingly vibes throughout my body.

His nose was centimeters from mine while I breathed heavily. His feet were touching mine and his free arm found my waist. He rubbed circles into my hip with his thumb making the moment all the more comforting. The only thing you could hear was our heavy breathing and faint cheering. He lowered his face so our noses brushed. My forhead was against his and I opened my eyes. He was looking straight at me feeling in every emotion I've ever had while I lived with him. I felt like he was solemnly reading my mind. His eyes darted down to my lips as I bit them. I knew that the only thing I should do is wrap my arms around his neck.

So I did, I wrapped them securely so our faces were brought closer. He sent me a warm smile as I stared back into his caramel eyes. His strong cinnamon scent and my sweet vanilla scent wrapped together sending an amazing vibe. It felt like the world stopped and it was just me and him. He lowered his face, breaking eye contact and stared at my lips. I did the same flickering from his eyes to his lips. He didn't hesitate before he crashed his lips against mine. I couldn't help but notice how perfect our lips molded together. We stayed like that for a minute til we disconnected to breath. He kept his forhead resting against mine as he panted softly. I smiled so hard I thought my lips would crack and fall off. But before they had the chance to Zayn kissed me again. He let both hands fall to my waist as he waited for a moment then licked my bottom lip. He was begging for entrance and i gladly allowed him. His tongue fought with mine as our lips moved in sync. I felt as if I was in trance, he had me this way. My knees were weak, I reach my hands up and tangled them in his soft, dark hair. He didn't break the kiss not once, we both fought for dominance.

I felt my heart beat faster and I'm sure he felt it too especially since our chests were smashed together. I gripped onto his hair, pulling at it often when he nibbled on my lower lip. His grip on me loosened as he pulled back for air but non-chalantly reconnected his lips with my neck. He was kissing around and nibbling every chance he got. I didn't mean to but a moan escaped my lips as he nibbled right under my jawline. This encouraged him so he started nipping and sucking at it smirking against my neck. I let out another breathy moan while he held my hips in place. I knew for sure he'd left a mark.

"Zayn," I breathed as he pulled away smiling at his 'work' below my jaw.

"I've been waiting for this moment for months now," He whispered not removing his hands from my waist as I brought my arms down to his neck.

"Why didn't you do it?" I asked.

"Either Perrie was in the way or people always interupted me." He shrugged. "Now I know what it's like to kiss Chloe Rivers and it was the best moment of my life." He grinned cheekily.

Oh my god!!!!!! Is it bad to freak out this much over my own book???? I'm just imagining that being me and oh my gosh. Ahhhhhh I'm happy this moment finally came. I have been waiting for this chapter for weeks and it's finally made ahhhhhh. Okay I'll stop.
