Chapter 3- Worried

Kanan's POV

They were all running back to the Ghost. There were 2 stormtroopers running in our direction. One of them carried a strange blaster. First Zeb and Sabine got on the Ghost. Ezra was not so far behind. Or so I thought. The trooper started aiming the weird blaster at Ezra. As soon as Ezra stepped on the ramp, the stormtrooper shot. The shot hit Ezra in the back of the head. He fell to the ground half-conscious. While I went to help him up, Sabine shot at the two stormtroopers. By the tome I got to Ezra he was unconscious.

I picked him up and Zeb went to get the few crates that Ezra had gotten on board. Hera took off and then we were safely in hyperspace. I took Ezra to the medbay and called everyone in there.

"What happened out there? And what happened to Ezra?" Hera asked running to see if Ezra was fine.

"A stormtrooper shot him in the back of the head with a weird blaster." Sabine said

Chopper then said something that shocked Sabine and Hera. Mainly because they are the only ones who could understand him.

Hera's POV

"What did he say?!" Kanan and Zeb said in almost perfect synchrony.

"He said that when he hacked into the empirial database before the mission, he found out that they were creating a blaster strong enough to make someone forget completely everything!!" Sabine said

Chopper then said something else and projected an image.

"That is the same blaster that the stormtrooper had!!" Kanan said alarmed

"He got an image of the blaster's design. They have had no one to test it on yet." I said

"Well I guess they found a person to test it on." Said Zeb

"And if their design worked, this is really bad for all of us." Sabine said

"Especially for Ezra." Added Kanan

It was true, Ezra was like a son to me and Kanan. He was like a brother to Zeb and Sabine. If something ever happened to him, we would all be upset.

Kanan's POV

"Especially for Ezra." I added

I turned around to look at Ezra who was on the bed. Oh, kid please be okay. I thought

He then started to stir.

"He is starting to move!!" I said with hope in my voice.

Everyone stood up and rushed over to the bed Ezra was on. Then those electric blue eyes started to open. We all got closer. His eyes opened and he saw us. He looked around first confused then scared. Everyone then backed away shocked.

"Are you okay Ezra? What do you remember?" I asked worried

"Wh-Who... Who are y-y-you? And who is E-Ezra?" He asked
