My heart pounded really fast in my chest as I walked up the stairs to your apartment, and I swear it skipped a beat when i rang the doorbell, but when I saw you again it stopped. You stood by the doorframe and eyed me like I was a ghost for a minute or so, until you threw your arms around me and hugged me tightly.
"I love you," I whispered into your neck and I felt the tears run down my cheeks.
"I love you so much Riker."
