M A K E N Z I E
"Makenzie wake up" I heard my dad say from my door way.
I looked over at him covering one eye "what time is it?" I asked sounding confused.
"10:30" he replied.
"OK I will get up" I said.
He walked away and closed the door, I quickly hopped out of my bed changed my shirt and put on some skinny jeans and a thin oversized sweater.
I grabbed my boots at the door and walked into the kitchen with the rest of my family and sat down.
"Would you like some eggs and toast?" my mom asked.
"No thanks, I'm not hungry."
I lied.
"Ok but we are busy today we have alot to do so go get ready." My mom replied
I got out of my seat brushed my hair and went to my bathroom and brushed my teeth.
I had alot of extra time so I unpacked my stuff.
After I finished unpacking I was bored and had some time left, so I sat down at my desk turned on my computer and went on tumblr.
I was scrolling through and all I saw were skinny girls.
"I want to look like them, they are so pretty." I said quietly.
"Makenzie!" I heard my dad call from downstairs.
"Coming!" I yelled as I turned off my computer and grabbed my phone.
"Come on let's go." My mom said
"K" I said as we walked out to the car.
"Where are we going anyway?" I asked.
"Just to the mall."
"Ok"
We finally got to the mall so we found a parking spot and went inside.
"What store do you wanna go to first" my parents asked me and my sister.
"Uhh what about...Lush" I asked.
"Yea" my sister said happily
"Ok let's go"
After we got out of lush we went to a few other stores like sephora, bath and body works, hot topic.
After that we went to the food court.
"Do you want anything to eat or drink honey?" my mom asked me
"No thanks I'm good" I replied
Even though I was starving
My mom asked me "are you sure?"
She knew somthing was up.
"Uh I will just have a pop" I blurted out
"Ok" said my mom
My parents looked at me. They knew I wasn't normal, my sister didn't know what was going on so she shrugged and waited in line with us.
"So... what kind of pop do you want?" My mom quickly asked
"Uh coke" I answered
"K" my mom said
We got our food. Sat down and everyone ate. I just sat there sipping my pop.
After we ate we went home.
I went to my room sat down at my computer and then sipped the last of my pop.
"MAKENZIE" I heard my mom call from downstairs.
I closed my computer got up and went to my doorway
"Uh.. yea" I asked
"Come downstairs it's family movie night" my mom called
"K.. I'm coming" I said as I sipped the rest of my pop.
I went downstairs and sat down in a small chair.
"What movie do you want to watch?" My dad asked
"Uh Makenzie what do you wanna watch?" My sister asked
"I don't know you guys can decide"
"K" replied my parents
We just put on a random movie that we had never seen.
I sat in the corner on my phone on instagram all I saw were ads for weight loss or workouts.
"Ugh" I thought to myself
I turned off my phone and watched the rest of the movie.
After the movie I said goodnight to my family and went to my room.
I walked over to my bathroom and made sure nobody was around.
*TRIGGER WARNING*
I opend my cabnet in the mirror and took out one of my blades.
"Should I?" I questioned myself.
"Whatever" I thought
I took the blade with my shakey hand and sliced my skin on my wrist.
I went back to my room sat down for a while and started crying.
"Why do I do this"
"Why does this have to be my life"
I had flashbacks from when my parents died witch made me cry even more.
Finally after I stopped crying I went to bed.
"Got nothing to do tomorrow"
"I will see if I can go to the beach"
I fell asleep.
