Part 12: Best Way To His Heart Is Through His Stomach

(Kells POV)

I woke up to the sweet smell of chocolate pancakes. I sat up and realized that Lexi wasn't next to me. Maybe she's just chilling with ash or something. I walked out of my room and saw everybody eating, even the girls from last night. My jaw dropped as I walked by the kitchen and saw that it was Lexi cooking. "What the fuck?" I said loudly. Everyone looked at me. "What's wrong Kells?" Slim asked while taking another bite of his pancake. "Why didn't anyone wake me up to eat? My ass is hungry too you know." Everyone bursted out in laughter. Lexi peaked her head out of the kitchen. "I was going to make something special for you, and I wanted it to be a surprise, that's why." I frowned because I felt bad, everyone just went back to eating so I walked in the kitchen but I was blocked by Ash. "Watch out Ash." I said. "Nope, you're not allowed in here." My jaw dropped. "What!? Why?" I was getting pissed now and I'm sure that everyone could hear my stomach growling. "She doesn't want you seeing the surprise." "Ash give him this to hold him off." She handed Ash a chocolate cookie with chocolate chips on it. I took it and nearly shoved it down my throat. "Goddamn you're a good cook, that cookie was good as fuck." I said while chewing the cookie. "She's making cookie's too!? This is bout to be the best morning ever!" Dub shouted. Ash pointed to the living room and I frowned before sitting down next to dub. "Dude did you see anything else in there?" He asked me. "No why?" I asked, now I was really fucking confused. "She won't tell us what she's cooking and it smells good as fuck and Im going to need more then these pancakes to hold me off." I smirked. "Nigga atleast you got pancakes, all I got was a fucking cookie." I grabbed clean fork off the table and took his plate before eating the rest of his pancake. "Nigga you lucky I'm in a good mood or else me and you would have been fighting over that damn pancake."

(1 hour later)

She walked out of that kitchen with everything you could imagine. She had cookies, chocolate covered strawberries, brownies, and even a big cake that said happy belated birthday Dub. I looked at the side of the cake and saw it had his song lyrics all around it. Ash walked out with some gingersnaps and a little cake that looked like me. I got happy and nearly attacked Ash. "Colson calm down, let me put it down first." She sat everything on the table but right before I could get my cake I was cut off by Lexi. "Everyone lets sing happy birthday to dub." Dub smiled. "Happy birthday to yku, happy birthday to you, happy birthday to Dub-O happy birthday to you." Everyone clapped and then it was like world war 3. Everyone went ham on this food, even Cassie. I grabbed my face cake and some more of those cookies I had earlier and sat down at the little table with Cassie who had a slice of Dubs cake, those gingersnaps, and a few of those chocolate strawberries. "Daddy this food is so good." I laughed and started eating.

After the best morning ever the girls left and Slim and Dub were passed out on the floor. "Im sooo full." Slim mumbled. "She's fine as hell, a singer, and a bomb ass cook, Kells she's a keeper." Dub said. I laughed at them. "Lexi where did you learn to cook like that?" I asked her. "My dad was a chef, he taught me how to cook at least until...." She looked down. "Until what?" I asked. "He ditched me and my mom for some woman in Tennessee." That hit me in the core because I knew exactly how she had felt when my mom had left me and my dad for her professor or some shit. I patted the spot next to me on the and she sat down. I wrapped my arms around her and pulled her close. "Do you still talk to him?" I asked. "He writes letters and stuff but I never respond, he flew me down there once and I got to meet my step sister Haley but he was so focused on her that he forgot I was even there so I bought a early ticket back home and I haven't seen him since.... Although I do see Haley every once in awhile when she come to Philly to perform" I raised my eyebrow at her. "Perform?" "Yeah, she's in this band called Paramore." My eyes widened. "Your step sister is fucking Haley Williams?!" She chuckled. "Yeah.... Do you like have a crush on her or something?" "Yeah...wait no....kinda, I met her at SXSW a few months ago, she is sooooo hot." Lexi smirked. "We'll its nice to know that your crushing on my stepsister." I bit by lip realizing how wrong that sounded but then she smiled and kissed my cheek. "It's alright, I'm not jealous. Besides she has a boyfriend...."

(Lexi POV)

I was playing hide and go seek with Cassie. I didn't know 4 year olds could be this good at hide and go seek, I've literally been looking for her for about 10 minutes. Kells walked in the door. "Hey Lex, what you doing?" He said while siting down some bags. "Looking for Cassie, were playing hide and go seek and she is damn good at the hiding part." He chuckled. "Watch this." He said."Cassie! Daddy's back and he bought you a new toy." Cassie came out from under the kitchen cabinet and ran to Kells. "What the?... She can fit under there?" He laughed. He reached in the bag and pulled out a life size Barbie. "It's soo bootyful!" She shouted before taking the doll and turning it on. It walks and talks, and can even respond to you. I raised a brow. "You don't find that thing creepy?" I asked him. "I did but Dub said that she would like it and dub always gets the best gifts besides Ash." We sat down and watched her play with it. They were now sitting down having a tea party. "What the fuck, did that thing just actually pick up the tea cup?" Kells said. "Yeah... I told you that damn thing was creepy." We both shot glares at Dub. "What? I said she would like it not that it wasn't creepy." Ash walked down the hallway and jumped when she saw the doll. "What the fuck is that?!?" She yelled. "It's this new child life size doll that Kells bought Cassie." I said. Ash got close to it. "Why does it look so damn realistic?" She asked. "Dub told me to buy it, it's fucking creepy." Kells said.

I laid Cassie on Kells' bed and headed back out to the living room. Kells was sitting on the couch in the dark watching Criminal Minds. "Where did Ash go?" I asked while laying down on the couch and laying my head in his lap. "She went to bed." "Oh ok." We were watching the episode where Penelope gets shot. "I would fuck the shit out of Penelope." Kells commented. I started laughing. "What? What made you think if that?" I asked. "Cause he really sat there and shot her like I would have been trying to get my ass in that apartment with her." I kept laughing. "Only you would think like that." He smiled. "Im one of a kind." He ran his hand through my hair and started playing with it. "Your hair is so soft." He said. "Uh..thanks." I looked at his arm and started tracing all the tattoos. He moaned. "Geez, you get turned on easily." I said while laughing. He smirked. "Well it's kind of hard not to when you are here." I blushed. "You're such a flirt." He smiled and then looked away. "Lexi did you hear that?" I jumped up. "Hear what?" He smirked and the next thing I knew I was being tickled on the floor. "Colson!....Please Stop!" He kept tickling me. After like 5 minutes he finally stopped and just looked at me. He was over top of me and his hands were partially up my shirt. He's abed down and started kissing me gently while trying to take off my shirt. "Colson wait..." He leaned back. "What's up?" He asked. "Do.. Do we have to here?" He raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean?" He asked. "Well I want our first time to be special, I want it to have meaning." He frowned before pecking my lips. "Anything for you Babygirl." I smiled and flipped us over. "Woah!" He yelled. I held down his arms and leaned towards his ear. "That doesn't mean we can't do anything else." Right after that I felt his get hard and I chuckled.
