I love this tiny clip :)

Dan's POV
(Changing it up a bit)

He looked so peaceful, sleeping on the uncomfortable hospital bed. I just wanted to lay down next to him and wrap him up into a hug.
What if I did?
Would he shove me off, or would he snuggle closer to my chest, his brown hair tickling my neck?

I had it deep.

It was as though he had cast a spell on me, because he was in every waking, and sleeping thought that my mind conjured up. I always wanted to be by his side. I wanted to be there when he needed help, or to pick him up off the floor when he fell. Literally. Phil is one of the clumsiest people I know.
But it's adorable.
And way he pushes his glasses further up the bridge of his nose, or when his tongue pokes out of his mouth when he laughs. When he jumps up and down on my bed every morning to wake me up for breakfast, and the smell of his favourite candle 'fireside treats' whenever he lights it. When he makes me honey and lemon when I'm sick, and cuddles into a blanket with me when I want to watch a movie. He's so kind and considerate, loving and fair.
What did I ever do to deserve someone like Phillip Michael Lester?

------------------------

He smiled up at me and I wrapped him in a soft hug, being careful not to hurt him this time.
"Danny, I've been in the hospital for a week. I'm not hurting anymore I promise."
"But your legs." I whined.
"Only one of my legs is broken. The other was just a sprain." He said matter of factly, before placing a quick kiss on my lips and falling back down into his small fort of pillows.
"Do you need anything?" I asked, "Food? Water? A hug?"
He looked up at me, his sea green-blue-yellow-ish (I'm a true fan okay) eyes glistening as he smiled.
"I always need your hugs bear."
I lay down next to him, resting my head on his chest and draping my arm around his waist, pulling him closer to me.
"I couldn't live without you Dan."
"I know. I'm pretty special." I smiled as he chuckled.

About an hour later we heard a knock on the door. I sat up, and a middle aged woman entered gracefully, seating herself in the chair in the corner of the room.
"Allow me To introduce myself. I am Doctor Steel. You must be Phillip Lester?"
"That's me." Phil piped up.
"We have conducted many tests on you young man, and you are lucky to be alive. It seems you have incredible damage to the frontal lobe of your brain. Now it isn't too serious, so we can issue you to go home and rest, but try to keep strenuous physical activity to a minimal." She raised her eyebrows, and I blushed.
"Thankyou so much doctor. I'll be sure to keep him safe." I smiled politely as she stood.
"I understand. If you need anything else, do not hesitate to contact us."
I turned to Phil, as he jumped on me, engulfing me in a huge hug.
"We can go home." He whispered.
"We can go home." I smiled.

---------------------

I closed the side door go the taxi and ran around to help Phil out the other side.
"I can walk. I'm fine Dan." He said, struggling.
I put a finger to his lips, and mimicked the doctor's elegant voice.
"Try to keep strenuous activity to a minimal."
Phil shook his head as I paid the cab driver, before picking him up bridal style and carrying him into the apartment building.
"You're not seriously going to carry me the whole way dan." He said in disbelief.
I smiled, already panting.
"Watch me."
