Pre Author's Note Note:

Okay, so in this chapter I've put an emotional part.  I had; and if it does hurt someone's sentiments (I don't even know how it will, but still), I'm sorry. A warning is given before the part starts, so if you want, you can skip it. Anyway, thanks. :) Also, I've renamed the chapters.  Important A/N at the end. Do read.

Chapter 7

"SARAH JEAN PARKER!"

"Oh, my god," were the first words that came out of my mouth. "Shit! I'm coming."

I raced downstairs. And stopped in my tracks when I saw who that scream belonged to. Cameron Jacques. My best firend, and the deadliest person I know.

"Where the hell were you, Sarah Jean Parker?" Oh. Hell. No. One thing I know for sure about Cam is that I, no, no one should ever annoy or piss that girl off. If she gets pissed off at you, adios to you, amigo. She will rip your head off of your body, but she will not take getting pissed off by someone. She. Will. Just. Not.

"Okay, Cameron, come with me to the room. Please," I said, dragging her along with me and mouthing a 'sorry' to everyone while departing.

"What the actual hell Sarah?!" I was so sure she is extremely furious at me, right now. It was obvious. "Where the hell were you for two fucking days?"

"First, please calm down, and stop yelling. This isn't exactly my house. Here's what happened. I was up late till the night before last night, watching movies with Logan. Then yesterday, me and Logan were at Chinatown and then we went to the Golden Gate Park. Then, today morning, I was too tired to go to school and so was Logan. And, when I went downstairs, I saw Wren. Then, we hung out at the 'Traveller', where he told me some really shocking things. So, yeah. Pretty much, that's my two days in a nutshell."

"You went out with Wren? As in, on a date?"

"Yeah, I did. It wasn't a date. Please, calm down, woman!"

"Okay, so what did he tell you?"

So, I told Cam whatever Logan told me today at the 'Traveller'.

"Wow," was the only thing Cam said after listening to what I just told her, and was quite for a long time.

"Do you like him back, Sarah?"

"What?! No! Of course not! Are you crazy? No, I don't like him."

"Admit it, you like him. Even if a your attraction towards him is in the size of an ant, admit it!"

"Okay, maybe I do like him."

"That's more like it. Okay, now, I got to go. I will meet at school tomorrow. Can you believe, just a week of examinations, and then we're off. On our own."

"I know-" But before I could say anything else, Cameron's phone rang, she was off. I went down till the door with her, and then saw her speed off of the road and take a turn. Then, she was gone.

"What was that, Jean?" This, was Wren. Since we were kids he used to call me by my middle name, just because "he liked it". So child-like. So Wren - like!

"I am really sorry. She was just worried as to why I missed school today as it's highly unusual for me to miss school. However, I do not know what, in Lord's name, was she so was furious about. My apologies for her misbehaviour. She's just so-"

Once again, I was cut off. But now by the ringing off a phone, but because it was Wren who cut me off.

"Jeany bean," another one of his nicknames of mine. "We get the point. It's alright. Just, tell her not to repeat it. Logan, Jeany bean, c'mon up, to my room. I got you guys things.
