After the rest of the festival, we headed back to the car. Kyle looked so happy. Not once did I see him have a frown on his face. Which made me have a smile on mine. I don't think he knows how much he effects me.

We both opened our doors and got in. I started the car and heard the engine come to life. At this time, the sun had set completely and the stars were up and shining. I look over to Kyle and say, "So, did you like it?" He looked over to me, practically beaming. "Yeah! This was fun! We should do this again sometime." I gave him a small grin and put the gear in reverse. Getting out of the festive was a bit of a challenge, due to the other people trying to leave.

After what seemed like 5 hours, we finally got on the main roads and start heading back. It was pretty silent for a while, except for Kyle's playlist of Twenty One Pilots playing softly in the back. Suddenly, Kyle spoke up. "Hey Stan? Do you think we should tell people about...us?" His voice was meek and he wasn't looking at me.

Should we tell? As far as I know, there wasn't anyone that I knew who was against gay people. My parents were pretty accepting. But the it hit me. Kyle's mom isn't really that accepting
She can be a little bit of a bitch, according to Kyle. "What about your mom?" I asked. "What would she think?" I glanced over and saw Kyle's eyes looking for a response. A few moments he spoke up and said, "I don't know, honestly. She might, who knows. But let's not worry about her right now. I think it's right to tell our friends at least." I nod in response. It went back in to comfortable silence until we got back to my house. By this time it was almost midnight and Kyle and I were tired from the festival and the drive.

We got into the house and headed straight to my room. I opened the door and he fell on the bed face first.
I chuckled, sitting next to him. "Ugh, I'm so tired!" He said. "Really? Your body is bursting with energy." I retorted back sarcastically. He gave out a small groan and I smiled. Starting to lay next to him, he looked up and gave me a small smile. I wrapped my arms around him, making us closer and full on cuddling.
"Hey Stan?"
"Yeah?"
"I think I'm falling in love with you."

i am prepared for pitch forks and torches to be aimed at me. forgive me children.
