-At the restaurant waiting for the check-
"What? No I'm just... Confused." Cathie answered Honestly.
"Why are you confused?" Adain asked unsure.
"W-well the only other person who would stick up for me was Brian, and he was always busy with football practice, and his girlfriend that he wasn't able to be by my side. He would get home late and go straight to bed on the day before a big game. Others would be he'd come home and see if Im in my room and kiss my forehead goodnight then go to bed." Cathie said on the verge of crying.
"Well I'm not your brother am I?" Adain said knowing the answer. Cathie just shooked her head no as the check arrived at the table.
"You wanna go somewhere?" Adain asked with a slight smile.
"S-sure" Cathie said as her voice cracked.
Adain and Cathie bursted out laughing from the sound of Cathie's voice cracking.
After Adain kindly payed for their food Adain lead Cathie back to the car and started driving. Cathie soon fell into a soft slumber.
When the car pulled to a stop Cathie woke up yawning and looked around. They were at a beach. Adain got out and walked around the car and to Cathie's side of the car and open the door. Cathie gracefully got out of the car and stood there in amazement.
After Cathie noticed which beach they were at she let tears stream down her face like a waterfall. She sat down after Adain layed a black and purple blanket on the feathery, bleached sand.
As she sat down Adain grabbed a basket like bag with tissue paper sticking out. He presents it infront of Cathie and looked at her eyes and saw that she was crying. He scoots closer towards her and wraps her in a gental hug as she hugged back.
"What's wrong? Why are you crying?" Adain asked full of concern for her.
Cathie replied a minute later after wiping her tears that kept streaming down her now cherry red cheek. "Th-this is the beach my brother and I used to hang out at. This is where we got to know eachother's secrets and dreams." She started to cry once again. Adain pulled her close to him and stroked her hair asking
"Can I know those secret and dreams?"
"I-I guess since we know eachother enough. I just wish this world was a better place. I wish that I could run away to live as an American without being judged. I just wish that my brother didn't have to die from that stupid car." she said busting into a rushing storm of tears.
Adain sat there listening to every word she said while hugging her tighter rubbing her back.
"This may sound crazy but, I'm I mean I was sent here to watch you through your life. I've grown to know how much pain it is to have your family taken away from you. I know how it hurts I couldn't hold back any longer so I came down here to comfort you and get you through this horrid pain. I'm your Catherine Christline Love's Guardian Angel. I know you may not beleive me-" he was saying before he was cut off by a pair of tight arms and a voice sounding like there was crying before they talked saying,
"I beleive you. I've seen many weird things here in California, but I never thought I'd become friends with a supernatural. This is my sadest but happiest day of my life." She said crying but this time tears of joy for the joy of her first friend. "Please don't leave me behind like I was when I was in elementary, and middle school. Please." She plead(A/N) when I was reading how it sounded so far I actually almost started crying so let me know if you did cry or if you almost cried. This is the sadest part I think I don't think ahead but I think there will be more like this. Anyways I love you guys. You guys are the best. If you liked this story vote.
