"London get up" I said while rolling over on my air mattress groaning

"Im up , im up but you should go move with your grandma best friend , its whats best for you , you don't need to be in this type of environment" she replied

"I'm not leaving you here ,now we have to get ready to go to school " sitting up I grabbed my flip phone taking a quick glance at the time

I shook London again then got up to use the bathroom , after I got done I flushed the toilet , I grabbed my tooth brush and put some toothpaste on it , I walked in the room seeing London getting dressed I walked over to my closet picking out something simple , some ripped blue jeans that had a hole in it with a white shirt and for shoes I picked out my sketchers

Walking back in the bathroom rinsing out my mouth , i started to get dress , after about a good 3 minutes I finally was dress looking at myself in the mirror I just smiled

" come on London its time to go " I shouted

" I'm already ready brook "

I rushed out the bathroom grabbing all my school stuff heading out the house with London right behind me

We started walking towards our school due to the fact its only 2 blocks away from my house , crossing the street we started walking up the the stairs sitting on the top step waiting for the bell too ring

" look what the cat drug in " I heard a girl say

" they have been wearing the same clothes all year , I can see why they are best friends" another one said

I sighed looking up at the them seeing them walk pass us another girl starting pointing at our shoes laughing

" WHAT THE FUCK ARE THOSEEEE !! "

I grabbed all my stuff and pulled her up with me , I pulled her inside the school and I gave her a tight hug and kissed her forehead

" don't worry baby girl I got you " I assured London and walked away to my first class

Entering in my English class I sat down in the very first seat pulling all my books and my 3 page essay for her class , I crossed my legs and sat there waiting for class to begin

Sliding my flip phone out I shot my London a text message then put my phone back in my pocket

The announcements came on but only lasted for a good 5 minutes class started right after

"So who got their essay " Ms.Nolan said

Didn't nobody raise there hand but me

While everyone else was screaming " WORLD STAR "

they got off my hair and I instantly ran out the class room into the girls bathroom sobbing

Why do people hate me so much , I'm not pretty I don't have much so why do they keep hurting me I thought

I wiped my tears , looking at myself in the mirror

I had a busted lip , a black eye and a huge bald spot in my head , I'm not gone let them punk me like this

I sighed , walking out the bathroom the hallway was empty , I felt a pair of arms being wrapped around me , I knew it was London

We stood there for another 5 minutes and I honestly felt like I couldn't do it anymore I was ready to let go....

They allowed me to go home and I took them up on the offer , making my way inside the house I saw my mom sitting on the couch with her legs crossed and a cigarette in her hand

"BROOKLYN SHUT YOUR BITCH ASS UP CRYING ALL THE DAMN TIME " she shouted while taking a sip of her beer

I just shook my head running up the steps to my room I seen some roaches on the floor

I didn't scream cause I was already use to seeing them everywhere , stepping on them then heading towards the bathroom to clean up my face ..

I sighed this is not the life for me to be living I wanted to go stay with my Nana in Cali cause this was not the life for me

Coming back in my room , my mother stood there looking like a sloppy ass mess , she had puke all over her face and clothes I was disgusted

"What the fuck is your ugly hoe ass looking at me for "

Duh cause you in my room

"I should've aborted yo dumb ass " was all that she said before throwing her drink all on me

If there was ever a moment I've felt less than love right now is the moment

"You know what mom I'm tired of you treating me like this , why don't you love me "

"You ruined me and my husband's fucking relationship stupid dumb ass bitch " she spat before walking out my room

I was beyond heart broken and I was ready to leave I can't do this anymore
