"Ronda ? Is that you " I squinted my eyes looking closely at the lady sitting at the bench of the park

I walked over to her as her head lifted up and I seen my mother she looked beautiful but once I sat down next to her I felt the hatred all over again

We sat in silence for a few minutes but She broke it " What are you doing here , your not suppose to be here for a long time Brooklyn " she sighed

"I dont know what im doing here I just know im here " I looked at her

" you shouldn't be here but before you go I need to apologize to you I was an terrible and disgusting mother to you and I should've done better baby girl I talked down on you only because I thought you were going to leave me like your dad did and Im so sorry from the bottom of my heart Brooklyn I know I never told you this but I love you and your going to grow up to be someone so beautiful , you have a man thats waiting for you who really loves you babygirl" she smiled and I took a glance in her eyes and I knew she meant it

" how do you know ? He cheated on me mom how am I suppose to forgive him in not no ham "

"Babygirl that boy loves you , even though him cheating doesn't make anything right you still have to forgive him and atleast consider giving him another chance" she smiled and placed her hands on top of mine

" I'll think about mom but what are you doing here" I raised my eyebrow

"My health was terrible , I fixed myself up but they said it was too late I died a few weeks ago " her voice began to break as a tear went down my face

Even tho me and my mom had our ups and downs I still wish I had her you never know what you have until it's gone , now if I go back I will never have a chance to make up for the time we lost I've always wanted to hear my mom say the things she saying now

" mom I love you regardless of what you put me through " she embraced me and I felt the tears from her face hit my back

"You have to go now baby and I love you more " she smiled and she got up and walked away

I heard beeping noises but I couldn't move nor open my eyes , it was like I was paralyzed or something

I heard people entering my room but I couldnt make it out of who it was

Lucas Pov

I rushed to the hospital , I didnt even care about the red lights I was so stressed and hearing that Brooklyn got hit by Riah really pissed me off like I dead think riah hit her on purpose

Running inside the hospital I got to the front quickly " Im .. Im looking for Brooklyn Monroe Adams " I managed to catch my breath

"Sorry sir she's in surgery right now please wait in the waiting room " the nurse said

I banged on the desk and rubbed my hands down my face and walked into the waiting room I spotted her grandma , napps , riah and her uncle Tom

B's grandma was infront of riah yelling and screaming at her , before I even had a chance to blink she slapped riah across her face then began choking her , she grabbed her by her hair yanking her out of her seat , riah ran out of the hospital

Her grandma quickly ran up to me embracing me into a tight hug as she cried and I mugged riah really hard trying to keep B's grandma together

4 hours later

"Family of Brooklyn Adams" we all got up out of our seat and walked over to him

"The good news is we have her stable and your can go see the , the bad news is she lost a lot of blood and there's a chance she MIGHT have temporary memory loss and theres a high chance shes going to be paralyzed for a few weeks " her grandma collapse into my arms

"memory loss ?" Tom questioned

"I said might theres a chance she will be okay , but you guys can go see her she's in room 201 "he closed his tab and walked away

We made our way upstairs to her room everyone was silent only thing you could hear was B's grandmas silent crys we walked inside B was hooked up to machines and her leg was in bandages and her head was too , her grandma broke down and Tom and Marcus took her out of the room

I walked over to the side of her and gazed upon her body

Regardless of the scratches and bruises she still looked very beautiful and innocent that I fell in love with her more and more I seen her

I kissed the side of her face and grabbed ahold of her hand kissing all over it " im here baby just wake up please I miss your beautiful voice , I miss your wonderful laugh oh my gosh man your laugh its so beautiful I love the way your nose twitches when you get mad , I love the little mark you got on your back that your so scared to show me " I chuckled

"I love you B I swear I do baby girl just wake up for me please I'll be by your side everyday till you do baby girl I promise  "

Her grandma walked back in the room , I dapped up napps and gave her grandma a hug before me and Napps left out the room to our cars

I decided to get something to eat then go take a shower cause a nigga stank foreal then ima come back up here in the morning to spend the day with my baby girl
