Chapter 5: Eva Gutowski

It was the second day at my new school. Yesturday was hard, but I met some girls. I walked to my locker and said Hey to Rachel because she was next to me, but she didn't say hey back. Maybe she didn't hear me I thought to myself. I walked over to my class all alone. "Hey! Eva! Wait Up!" a voice says behind me. I turn around to see a brown-ish blonde haired girl. "Um, hey. Mia, right?" I answer. "Ya, that's me." she answers. "What do you need?" I say. "Just looking for a friend." she answers. "Oh, we can walk to class?" I say back. "Uh, okay." Mia says as we start to walk to Biology. After a few classes, the bell rings and its time for lunch. I walk to my locker and get my lunch. After I grab my lunch, I go to Mia's locker. "Um, hey! Can I sit with you at lunch?" I ask her. "Ya! Of course!" Mia says back. We walk into the cafeteria together and sit at the same table as yesterday. We wait as the rest of their gang arrives. First, Alisha and Megan and they sit next to Mia. Next, Rachel and Bethany come and sit next to me. As lunch carries on, they start to include me more. The day passes on and I finish all my classes. After awhile, the final bell rings and school is over. I walk home, alone. Today was better, but I was still a outsider.
