Alexis' POV
Natalie and Sam went to go get food. "Can I hold Hank?" I asked.
"Yeah," Morgan smiled as he handed him to me. "There you go."
"He looks so peaceful," I smiled. "One day I hope to have a family of my own."
"And you will," Morgan smiled.
"It's highly doubtful with the job I have, Morgan," I sighed as I put Hank back in the bassinet.
"Baby girl, I managed to have a family," Morgan pointed out. "I know you can too."
"Hey, you're thirty something," I replied. "I'm twenty one. I don't wanna wait to find love at an old age. Hate to disappoint but I think I'm going to be alone."
"Well, can you blame the guy if he came home looking down the barrel of a gun?" Morgan joked.
"That was one time," I playfully punched him. "Hotch didn't tell you to break into my house when he said to pick me up."
"I thought you were asleep and I had a key," Morgan smiled. "Plus it was the safehouse."
"You could've called first," I sighed.
"Hotch said I couldn't," Morgan nodded. "Safehouse blocks any signals from getting in or out of that place."
"That was a little detail that Hotch left out," I replied. "He didn't tell me that other than to use my cell phone out of the ---- ohhhh!"
"Yeah," Morgan nodded. "Now you're catching on."
"Shut up," I smiled. "Savannah, how did you live knowing he was going to be gone all the time?"
"Well, love knows no boundaries," Savannah looked at Morgan. "When you love that person, there's no telling what you'll do just to be with them."
"Why?" Morgan asked. "Does my baby girl have someone in mind?"
"You can say that," I smiled. My phone vibrated and it was a weird number. "Just give me a second." I picked up. "Hello?"
"Alexis?" asked the familiar voice on the phone.
"Blake, hi," I replied as Natalie walked in. I looked at her with the It's Blakeface. "Why are you calling me?"
"I was wondering if we could talk," Blake replied. "Like face to face?"
"Uhm, you called at a time I'm a bit busy," I sighed as I looked at Morgan. "I'm at my brother's baby shower right now."
"Okay, just call me at any time you can," Blake sighed. "You have my number now."
"I will," I replied and hung up. "That was ---" My phone rang again. "Yes?"
"Did you check caller ID?" asked the voice.
"Sam Winchester," I chuckled. "What do the Winchesters want?"
"We have a case," Sam replied as I looked at Natalie. "Suit up. We'll be at your place to tell you the details."
"Be right there," I replied and hung up. "I'm sorry to cut this day short but Natalie and I have to help out Dean and Sam Winchester with their problems." Natalie and I went home. Dean and Sam were standing on our front porch. "When you said you'll be here; I didn't think you'll already be here."
"We are," Dean nodded.
I opened the door and we walked inside. Natalie close the door. "So, what do we have?" Natalie asked as we walked into the kitchen.
"Well, we're not hunting a ghost," Dean sighed. "Sam was right for once."
"Still gives us nothing," I sighed.
"We don't know what the hell we're hunting," Sam replied.
"Time for some more recon," I nodded. "You guys can stay here while you're in town for the case."
"Well, the mom and the daughter are both in the hospital in unexplained comas," Dean replied. "Bobby and Rufus also did the same case years ago. He burned both bodies but I guess that didn't stop it."
"We even talked to the previous family," Sam sighed.
"Let's go back to the house," I sighed. We went back to the house and I looked around. I noticed red markings behind the wallpaper that was being removed. "Guys!" They walked into the room. "Check this out. Look at this." We removed the wallpaper and it was a symbol. "Do you recognize that?"
"Vaguely," Dean nodded. "Look like they broke the seal when they were redecorating."
"What the hell are we hunting?" I asked. We went back to my house. Dean and Sam started researching. Natalie and I stayed in the kitchen. "What?"
"You still interested in Sam?" Natalie asked.
"No," I nodded. "Kinda wanted to move on after my relationship with him."
"I got it," Sam replied. We walked over to him. "It's a soul eater."
"According to the lore they can't be killed," I nodded. "I know that. So, they can be trapped."
"Which is with that symbol," Natalie looked at me. "Then let's go and do this."
"Bobby's friend never did wake up," Dean sighed. "It may have worked at first but how are we going to make sure it works now."
"Wait, looks like the Men of Letters found a way to kill a soul eater," Sam replied.
I looked at the site Sam was on. "Which means one of us has to go inside the nest and paint that symbol," Dean sighed. "Not it."
"Dude," Sam replied.
"Well, it's not going to be one of the girls so it's got to be one of us and that one of us isn't going to be me," Dean replied. They rock-paper-scissors their way. We went back to the house. "Okay."
"Sam, you paint yours here," I nodded. "Dean, right on the other side of the wall."
We all heard footsteps. "At least we all memorized the symbol," Natalie sighed.
"Just go on the other side of the wall with Dean," I replied. Natalie did. I stayed with Sam as he started to paint the symbol. "I hope you know what you're doing, Sam."
"Just relax, Alexis," Sam nodded. "You know I know these things."
"Keep painting, Picasso," I sighed. I heard Natalie screaming upstairs. "Natalie." She came running down the stairs. "The thing took Dean."
"It's up to him to paint that symbol," Sam replied.
"I've never heard him make fun of an entity before," Natalie nodded. "He said Come and get me, you son of a bitch."
"Paint this symbol, Alexis," Sam replied. "I am going to go and get Dean."
"Okay," I sighed. I started drawing the symbol. Sam brought Dean's body over to us. "I haven't finished it."
"Let me do it," Sam sighed as he took the brush from me.
"Okay, I'll let you take care of it," I nodded.
"Uhm, Sam," Natalie replied. I looked and Dean was standing up. I pulled her away from him and Sam stood in front of us. "It's not Dean."
"His eyes, Sam," I nodded.
"Can't let you finish that finger-painting, boy," Dean nodded.
Dean punched Sam. "Sam," I replied. I grabbed the shot gun and pointed it at Dean. "Leave him alone."
"You don't wanna kill your friend now, do you?" Dean asked.
I cocked the rifle. "Rock salt," I smirked. "Dean can handle it." Dean threw me against the kitchen sink, causing me to drop the gun. "Damn it."
"Just come with me into the nest," Dean replied. "I'll keep you safe from the darkness."
"Dean, listen to me, I know you're in there," I sighed. "Fight this." Dean and I started fighting. "Natalie finish the symbol." Dean grabbed a knife. "Dean, stop this!"
"You know your friend wants to go to the darkness," Dean replied. "He needs to go but I can keep you safe. Both of you, forever."
"Both of us?" I asked. Dean came at me but I managed to disarm him. Sam was coming back. "Sam, finish the damn thing."
"I say both because this guy really does love you," Dean replied.
"Kiss him," Natalie replied.
"Are you crazy?" I asked dodging the punches Dean was throwing.
"You're going to have to, to keep him distracted so I can finish this thing," Sam replied as he kept painting.
"Ugh," I sighed. I kicked Dean into a wall and kissed him. I felt him relax beneath me. Sam finished the painting and Dean fell to the floor. "Let's not do that again." Dean started getting up. "Dean? Hey, you're good."
"Why do I taste strawberries?" Dean asked.
"Yeah, let's not talk about that," I sighed.
"Did you kiss me?" Dean asked.
"Well, I had to, to distract the thing," I replied. "I didn't enjoy it but it had to be done."
"And we gotta go," Natalie nodded.
I looked at the time. "Oh, crap," I sighed. "Yeah. We can't be late, Katy wanted us there so she can talk to us."
"We need to celebrate," Dean replied.
"No way," I nodded. "I have to go to a concert with Natalie that we were personally invited to. Katy Perry will never forgive me if I miss it." I looked at Natalie. "So, sorry, but you guys have fun, okay?" I nodded at them. "Please enjoy your stay here."
