When I first moved to Memphis , it was an ordinary everyday town. But it was really nice on some occasions. On Christmas , they would have this really big Christmas tree in the heart of town and everyone would gather around and sing Christmas carols. On Mardi Gras , it would be a huge street party and everyone would get shitfaced , same as Patrick's Day. This place would be so energetic you could feed off of it. But of course , a new place means a new job. I looked for jobs on the internet and almost lost the need. Nobody's hiring right now ? Great , just what I needed. Before I lost hope , I found out that the CEO of Music Enterprise needed a new personal assistant. I looked further into this business and found out the CEO's name. Michael Burkley. 'Interesting ,' I thought to myself. I've never been an assistant before. Before I moved to Tennessee , I was an IT manager at NYU. I love computers , which turned out to be a full on career. I contacted them the next day and he called me back 3 days later.
"Alexsa Morris , hello?"
"Hello Ms. Morris. This is Michael Burkley. I found out that you contacted my business a couple of days ago , for a job as my PA. Am I correct?"
"Yes it is ," I confirmed. "I've skimmed your interview and you are a potential candidate. Tomorrow at whatever time your available , I want to you to come for a interview. Are you interested ?" He asked. "Yes I would !" I said a little too excited. "Good. Is 2:30 okay for you ?" I responded with a yes. "Perfect. Make sure you're on time. I hate lateness." He says before hanging up. Goodness. I hope I don't screw this up.
