"Park Chanyeol? You mean, one of the warriors?

I nodded furiously after Beta Junmyeon answers my question about the betrayal of Park Family. Well, something feels wrong but I couldn't figure out what it is. I feel like I'm forgetting something important, looks like my brain stop functioning after I met my mate.

"Are you kidding me? He is parentless though. I thought you're his bestfriend"

Beta Junmyeon or to be more precise, Suho (he told me to call him that), mocked me annoyingly. Couldnt blame him though, I'm the one who forgot that Chanyeol was parentless. Guilts quickly embrace me as I follow Suho's steps.

I don't know where are we going to be honest cause Pack Meeting are usually kept as secrets between the pack members. Only Alpha, Betas and certain Hunters would know the details which makes me feel special to hold a position as a Luna.

"Suho, slows down your pace.", I groaned as I struggle to catch up with him. Well his leg is longer and I'm pretty sure , his 2 steps are like 1 step for me.

"I can't. I felt something happening and it doesn't feel that good."

"What could've happened, Su---"

I was shocked. Totally shocked when I saw 4 Hunters laying down on the ground, unconsciously. I should shout but nope, I did what my wolf told me. Find Kyungsoo, he might be in danger.

I look around and my eyes caught Suho's. The man immediately understands what he should do as he nodded. Split a second, he shifted to his wolf form and I walk aimlessly around the place until a familiar scent caught my attention. Kyungsoo.

I mind linked Suho, telling him that the Alpha is close and Suho took the upper move. He is afraid that those people would suddenly attack the new Luna. No, I won't let that happen, Suho thoughts to himself.

"Suho, I can feel his presence around here. It keeps getting stronger but there're someone else with him. Their scent show they're rogues.", I whispered, slightly trembling in fear.

"I know, I smell it too.", he mind linked me as his wolf turns to see me.

His tone shows that he is nervous too but he didn't show it, maybe because wolf doesn't easily show their feelings.

"I'm afraid."

"It's going to be okay."

"Hopefully."

Suho POV

I was in my wolf form and I could feel it is eager to save the alpha too. The pleasant feelings to claws those damn rogues for injuring my co-Hunters are unbearable. My fangs feel itching to sink inside those sinful bodies and when I caught a glimpse of one of them, I howl loudly.

They look scared, I smirked in satisfaction.

I jump on one of them, which is in its wolf form. I think the wolf is a man, around the age of thirty but I show no mercy. Within a second, he was dead already while I continue to do the same thing with some other rogues.

Minutes later, I heard my Alpha said, "Lets go." , so, I got up, shifting into my human form back. I grab the nearest piece of cloth which happened to be a black boxer. Good enough for now.

While putting it on, I look around, examining the situation cleare. Half of the rogues were defeated by me and half other by Kyungsoo himself. Talking about Kyungsoo, where is he now?
