Your eyes widened as Castiel's lips closed around yours. And you started kiss him back. You knew this wasn't the right time to be doing this, but his lips were so soft and delicate. You just couldn't fight back. Why would you want to anyway?
Suddenly, Dean entered the motel room. "Hey, y/n. About th-" He froze in his tracks, a shocked expression appeared on his face. Castiel finally noticed him, and pulled away.
"Forgive me." He uttered. You weren't sure who he was referring to.
"Uh, excuse me." Dean cleared his throat, baking out of the room room. He gave you a sad look you couldn't quite perceive.
Then your attention returned back to Castiel. His cheeks were tinted with red.
"Castiel, why did you...why did you do that?"
"I told you," He said quietly, "My emotions got the best of me."
You asked, raising your eyebrows, "And what is that supposed to mean?"
"I...I fell in love with you the moment I laid eyes on you."
His clarification sent the red to dance to your cheeks.
"And the reason I ran away...was because I knew about Dean."
You whispered, "You knew?"
Castiel nodded. "And you should tell him. Tell him that you are in love with him. It pains me to say this to you, but you cannot keep your secret locked up forever. One day or another, it is going to be let out. And it might not even be by you. I plead. You must let it free."
You stated, "I can't do that, Cas."
"What? Why not?"
You professed, "Because I've fallen in love with you as well"
