Sweetheart - He just got the habit of calling you it which then spread to you.

Hot Mess - Well he thinks you're hot and one day you two were making a cake and it ended in a food fight and you both were really messy but he still thought you looked hot so when you said that you were a mess he replied with "Yeah you are but you're a hot mess," and so the name was born. You actually really like this name becuase to you he's saying even if you're a mess you're still hot to him. 😁

Beautiful - He thinks you're the most beautiful thing in the entire world so he calls you it all the time and you love it when he does because no one ever called you beautiful before and when you were living where you grew up everyone called you ugly, which is also a reason he calls you beautiful, so it's nice to hear someone call you beautiful a lot.

Love - He just calls you it becuase he can, but luckily you do like it.

Turtle - He caught you fangirling over the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles so he now calls you turtle you love this nickname.
