My plan goes haywire... Sort of

Percy POV

I was not in the slightest bit of happy. Seeing Kelli made me freak out. Don't look at me like that! No, look, just don't!
Don't look at me and think (or say) Aren't you used to this?  Killing monsters is kind of your thing. Every monster you ever faced has gone to Tartarus! Well no!!! When I first arrived at Goode-High School, Kelli was one of the cheerleaders  as was Tammi, but she was just a trainee. My red- headed friend on the other hand, Rachel Elizabeth Dare, thought I was a freak and apparently it turned out, that she was a clear sighted mortal.

Kelli had disappeared since she was mastered already and then again in Tartarus, Annabeth and I had come across some and Kelli was one of them. Annabeth had killed her with her dagger, the one Luke Castellan gave to her when they were kids, and sent her to dust. I was so not happy to see her again. Jason, Thalia and Nico were besides me, their weapons ready.

'Perseus Jackson! We meet again!' From the way she said my name, I could tell she wasn't pleased about seeing me either. 'I was just looking for some mortals blood to feed on but now I shall feed on you!!!'

Ok I wasn't necessarily afraid of Kelli but it was just that she had gotten stronger since the last time I saw her so I think we have no match against her.

'What do we do Percy?' Jason asked. Oh so now they're serious?  When a monster prepares for an attack, the first person they turn to? Me. Suddenly my mouth stretched into my famous lopsided grin. Oh yes Percy has a plan.

'I have an idea. Like Annabeth says 'Athena always has a Plan or in this case Percy has a plan!' Jason facepalmed, Thalia just looked like as if 100 MegaHertz of lightning shocked her and Nico looked at me like I'm insane.

'Percy are you feeling OK? Do you need to go to the infirmary or something?'

'Yes Neeks I'm feeling OK and I do not need to go to the infirmary.' Ok so my plan wasn't exactly a plan, it was more like get yourself killed plan but whatever. Jason and Nico distract it while Thalia and I kill but the plan went a bit awry as soon as we split up.

'Oi Kelli! You're so disgusting no-one wants to date you!' Jason taunted.

'Yeah empousa! I mean what kind of species are you from? Was your dad that bad? Oh yeah that's right, you don't have one!' Nico followed on and as soon as he finished, Kelli's eyes were redder than before. I guess that must of ticked her off big time. And then, Kelli started chasing them to Zeus knows where and Thalia and I had to find them.

'Hey Kelli! Over here!' I stated. She lunged at me and was dead before she touched me. I guess Kelli was weaker than I thought. We were met with the rest of the demigods and a very angry demigod- named Annabeth.

Uh- oh...
