chapter 6 The effect of the full moon

The school day had ended ,everybody rushed out of the school grounds among these millions of teenagers where three very special girls.

' so we have to be at my house before it's 6 ' marina instructed 

' uh it's gonna be hard to get my parents let me spend the at someone's house '

' oh please miranda this someone is one of your best friends and by the way your not a baby anymore' madison said.

' still i mean i can't be like i'm gonna spend the night with my mermaid friends because of some moon thing whatever ' miranda said.

' hey marina ' shane appeared

' hi ' marina smiled

' well i wanted to hang out with you tonight ' shane was nervous

' tonight ! ' marina exclaimed

' is there a problem ' shane asked.

' i'm sorry but it's a mermaid thing ' marina whispered

' ohh ,it's ok later ' shane said as he left 

' oooooo ' miranda and madison laughed.

' shut up ' marina smiled as the girls walked away .

miranda got home tired she droped her bag on the sofa only to then find cindy sitting there watching tv and her dad reading some fisherman magazine at the other side .

' mom ' miranda called.

' yes honey ' bonnie came out from the kitchen .

' well i wanted to know if i could spend the night at a friend's house ' miranda asked.

' absolutely not ' bob barged in .

' but why dad ,i mean i've never asked before ' miranda said.

' well it's a school night and no ' bob exclaimed

' oh please, it's a friend's house ' bonnie said.

' yes ,i mean it's just marina ' miranda explained 

' ohh nigel's granddaughter ' bob said

' yes ' miranda answered

' well ok then ' bob gave up .

' oh thanks dad ' miranda gave him a hug and a kiss and then rushed upstairs for her things .she got her things they were packed up in a beach bag clothes ,shoes and other little things ,she steped downstairs when she saw cindy washing dishes.

' not fair your going out and i'm here washing dishes ' cindy cried as she spalashed water at her .

' um i have to get dry ' miranda rushed upstairs and locked the door ,she transformed and fell on her face .

Meanwhile two mermaids swam at super-speed at the mass of bubbles ,they headed to mako threw the underwater cave .

' wow ' marina said as she came up from the water .

' your so fast ' madison said as she fold her arms and laid them on the edge of the moonpool and letted her tail up.

' well i was a good swimmer and now i'm a mermaid ' marina jocked as she laid her back on the edge of the pool .

' hey what's up with you and shane ' madison asked

' well you know i've liked him from since we were kids ' marina explained

' and you don't want to mess up the friendship you have with him ,mmm ' madison finished marina's  sentence .
