chapter 12 boat race

Madison looked into phil's eyes and he looked into hers 'wow' he said and then smiled ' your amazing 'he said as madison smiled .

The three girls were at mako and madison told them what she had done and marina and miranda were proud of her.

' but i didn't tell him that all three of us are mermaids ' madison explained

' well when your ready you will ' marina said

' yeah ' miranda agreed

The following day at school phil walked madison to her art class and phil saw a poster about fishing and boating camp and smiled.

' so you like fishing ' ryan showed up

' ryan ,leave him alone ' madison demanded

' your gonna let your girlfriend take up for you ' ryan said

' no ' phil said

' well if you know so much about boats let's have a boat race this afternoon from the local beach to mako ' ryan said

' phil don't ' madison said

' yes ' phil ignored madison as he walked away

' your're such a jerk ' madison said as she walked into the room. the art class was going on and madison and miranda sat together as usual .

' i think your boyfriend needs a leash to be holded down ' madison said

' why ,what's going on ' miranda was confused

' he forced phil into a boat race ,why , i don't know ' madison said

' do you guys have something to share to the class ' the teacher interupted them.

 school was over as everybody rushed out and ryan and his friend brad were outside telling everybody ' boat race after school ' .everybody got to the beach while phil and ryan got  their boats started .

' can't believe he's doing this ' madison told the girls

' i'm sorry ' miranda said

' it's not your fault ' marina said

' yeah it's not your fault miranda ' madison said

' on your marks, get set , go ' brad said as the race started ,ryan took the lead but out of the nowhere phil was in front and as ryan tried to catch up the boat's front went into the water he then knocked his head and fell over into the water.

' he fell ' miranda said

' calm down ,the water police will soon come ' madison said

' but the place is invested with sharks ' miranda said 

' well ,were gonna have to wait ' marina said

' i'm going after him ' miranda said

' no you'll put us in danger miranda ' madison said

' but this is a life were talking about ' miranda said as she walked away .

' we can't let her do this ' madison said

' maybe she's doing the right thing ' marina said.

In a while a mermaid swam at super-speed at the mass of bubbles she stoped to see where ryan was and she spoted him she then quickly hid behind a reef to make sure he was unconcious and he was, so she swimmed to him and since mako was close by she left him there on the shore and he started to open his eyes he saw the orange tail splash into the water but then he started to choke and was unconcious again.
