OMG! I can't believe I'm standing in front of Eastern Royal High. FINALLY! I just have to keep myself low key by not exposing my identity,and falling for a guy. I was super stoked for a few seconds until a thought hits me like a ton of bricks. I don't know anyone and what if I mess up my reputation? The thought made me sweat bullets and my hand began to shiver as my lips began to quiver. I stepped back a few steps, as if the whole school was too much to take in. I'm in the middle of England with no I know, without my parents, living at a hotel, alone... and AHHHH!!! Thoughts flew across my mind, causing my fear level to increase. I kept walking back, not knowing what was to come next. I suddenly my body collided into a pair of arms, a chill right through my spine.
"Uh... er.... um...." I stuttered. His arms were wrapped around my waist, as if the embrace was a blanket. Actually... it was more like a... hug. It was probably a moment I'll never forget. And once I caught a glimpse of his face, I quickly looked away. Honestly, I was speechless of his striking look and with a reaction of mouth hanging and staring, he was probably thinking that I was looking at him in a different perspective. "Am I THAT ugly?" He asked. I shook my head, as scarlet red leaks into my cheeks. He laughed and quickly stated, "Wow! You're the most admiring girl I've seen! Literally! All the guys will fall for you!" I blushed again, feeling my face getting hot. "So... I have a free period right now... do you want me to show you around the school?" I nodded in embarrassment as he let go of me. But wholeheartedly, I wanted him to hug me forever. We began to walk around the school.
"What's your name?" He asked.
"My name? Um... some call me Dawn, and others call me Angelic." I said.
"Makes sense." He mused.
"My names?" I questioned. He nodded.
"Your smile gives a warm feeling, as warm as sun. And you're stunning. And Angelic means beautiful... so yea." I stated. I couldn't help but smile as he smiled back. He cleared his throat.
"So what school are you from?" He asked.
At a mystical creature school, but of course I couldn't say that, so I said the first school that came up into my mind.
"United High, fr-from New York. I- I come from t-the United States."I stammered.
"Whoa! So you came from the there to here?" He questioned with amazement.
My tongue seemed be tied up with the words I tried to say, so I just nodded. Soon we arrived to the cafeteria.
"Okay... so this is obviously the cafeteria and over there is the Gym. And over there is the practice room where you- *whistle* I looked to my side, catching a guy who was checking me out. I turned beet red and backed away, bumping into Bryan again. I shriek as the guy began to come closer, and brushed his hand on my cheek. I slapped his hand off and spoke up, " Get your hand off of me!" I panicked for the hundredth time.
"You're new to school aren't you?" He asked with a smirk. I don't know why, but I buried my face into Bryan's shoulder. "Ugh... my day has already started cruddy... but it's like every minute I'm here, it's just getting worse." I mumbled. I barely noticed what I was doing and backed away from Bryan and that other kid, and decided I needed some air... or space I should say. "I gotta go..." I said, walking away from them. "Uh... see ya later?!" Bryan called. I didn't answer back, but ran to the bathroom instead and locked myself in a stall.
Oh. MY. GOSH! WHAT WAS THAT??!?!?! I acted like a FOOL who was drooling over some guy. AUGH!!!! I'M NOT EVEN SUPPOSE TO FALL FOR A HUMAN!!! I'M A WITCH-VAMP-ANGEL CREATURE!!! I threw a hand over my forehead and cried, "Oh, give me MERCY!" I opened my bag and sucked the color of the strawberries. Just the taste I was yearning for, due to anxiety, Sweet and Tangy. I powdered myself with a flawless complexion and washed my hands afterwards. Just as I opened the door to get the heck out of there, the First Period bell rang and teenagers began to charge towards me, coming from every doorway. This is going to be a LOOONNNGGG DAY!
I finally got to language arts and sat near a girl who was making goo goo eyes to the guy who brushed a hand over my cheek. The thought made me flush with anger and I shook my head to get rid of the thought. In a perky voice, she called him. " Hi-i-i-i Justin! How ya doing?"
"Um... you already asked me, Estralla, but I'm fine in the moment." He called.
"Hey, Justin," she said in a whiny voice, "can you help me with the packet Mrs. James gave us?"
He seriously rolled his eyes at her, but came over to help her out. I had just finished at the moment when the girl, Estralla glared at me once I stood up. Confused, I threw a perplexed look, but ignored her and gave my packet to the teacher. "Thank you!" Thanked Mrs. James. I smiled and sat back down. I felt a stare and looked over to see Justin staring at me. Estralla looked irritated and muttered something under her breath. "Hey... new girl? What's your name by the way?" He asked.
"Me? Um... Angelic. And you're Justin... right?" I asked. He nodded in response and winked right when I turned around. I gave him a " WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT?!" look and he just winked again. He probably flirts with every girl he sees.
Out of jealousy, Estralla pulled Justin's jaw towards hers, but Justin wasn't having it. He pulled away and walked towards me.
"Hey... do you want to go out with me?" He asked.
"Uh... I... er..." I stuttered.
"Please? Just one date? Today at 6 pm? Pick you up at your house?" he pleaded.
"Um... okay." I muttered.
He practically beamed, and I gave him my address. I could feel a cold stare, but I ignored it. Besides, it's just one date, all I have to do is ignore him and that's it. Nothing else.
After Language Arts, was French class. Then we had lunch. I was waiting in line when Estralla walked up to Bryan and kissed his cheek. My heart sank. She was dating him. He was dating her. Tears wanted to pour right out, but I blinked them back. I should have known she was dating him. She was beautiful and he was handsome.
"How are you babe?" She asked him with a tight smile.

"I'm fine. How 'bout you?" He asked as he took a bite of his fry.
"I'm great now that I'm with you!!!" She squealed like a pig.
I rolled my eyes at the completely vain statement. SHE was trying to smooch with someone else, yet she's dating someone at the very moment! I don't want to get in the middle of this, so I'm not saying anything. I just wish the day would hurry up.
