I watched as Whitney ran upstairs covering her mouth. I was just about to go check on her but Mrs. Shelia's words stopped me.
"That's not all. If I'm coming clean, I might as well tell you all the whole truth."
"What else is there to tell?" Shawn asked the million dollar question
"Well when I got pregnant by Whitney's father, I thought I was pregnant with one baby girl but when I actually went into labor, the doctor told me I had two girls."
"Me and Whitney twins or something?" Lauren asked
"No, I had another daughter named Willone. But one of OG's men stole her from the hospital. He tried to take Whitney but somehow he didn't take her."
"Where is she now?" I asked breaking the stiff silence
"That remains to be unknown. I've reached out to her on so many occasions but she won't write me back. She moves around a lot. The last thing I heard was she was pregnant with a baby." Mrs Shelia wiped her eyes
"So we have another sister?" Lauren spoke up
"Not we.."
"What are you talking about?" Lauren's face frowned up
"Lauren you're not my birth daughter. You're my niece."
Lauren's body stiffened before she got up and ran out of the front door.
"Lauren!" Mrs Sheila's voice cracked
