This is, if not, the most interesting and quite fun spell for traveling witches and wizards, especially employees of the Ministry of Magic working in the department of Magical Communication amongst the Wizarding community.
It enables the witch or wizard, to speak any language they please at that moment in time.
Symptoms: a incredible ability to speak in a thousand tongues, including to beasts, animals and plants of any kind. This also includes Goblish and Gibberish (language of Goblins, and Gibbers for those who are not familiar with this particular topic).
Incantation: "Linguaomnesia"
Recommended Wizarding Level: Highly Advanced (7th year and above)
Advice: Focus on speaking one language at a time, unless you want to attract embarrassing, and not to say, uncomfortable consequences. (see below for more detail).
Side Effects: It has occurred that if you try to speak more than 1 language, this can lead you to speak Gibberish, Gobblinish or Mermish (language of the Merpeople and sea creatures) permantly for the rest of your life, since i do not think you would want to, do not try to do this.
