That Bitch Glenda

I went to school ecstatic to go to his house, even though he just came over, I waited through the whole day saying hi to him in the hall with a huge smile on my face I was screaming internally I guess it showed too because when I got to English Glenda walked up and asked "Whats got you so happy?" in an arrogant tone
"None of your business." I said I felt really confident
"Pfftt yeah right" she sniggered
"Hey! Lay off him Glenda!" Giovani yelled, "You can come sit over here I save seats for you Quinn and Holli to thank you.
I made a face at Glenda then ran over to where Giovani was sitting.
"Thanks" I whispered "But you don't have to..."
He sniggered and I looked at him, "Yeah but there's the thing I want to, you're my friend! Also I don't want you forget about friday or tonight!"
"Oh, no I won't, wow I'm having a busy week, the halloween party, tonight and WIN day" I laughed and went through the rest of the day normally.
The rest of the week went by like normal except for me sitting with giovanni. One day I was sitting over with Holli and Quinn but Giovanni came up and sat right next to us I could see most of his friends including glenda beckoning to him he pretended not to notice.
"Hey- you don't mind I'm sitting here right?" he said, I was probably staring "because I can move I guess I would just sit here 'cause we're friends now."
"No, you just normally sit over there," I pointed over to the table with glenda "I would think you'd sit with your friends"
"Yeah I guess... I want to spend time with you." He said while I felt my face feel red.
"Ok cool. Hehehe" Holli said putting her arm around me and whispered "Don't miss this chance ask him out!"
"NO! I can't... I don't want to risk our friendship" I whispered back not so whisper like
"Oh come ON! I know you like him plus when he said he wanted to spend time with you you turned bright red you're still red..."Oh look at that you're a tomato now!"
"You aren't very good at whispering"
"You guys I think he can hear you" Quinn added in
"She's right but all I heard was 'Oh look at that you're a tomato now!" Giovanni whispered I felt all the red drain from my face. "What're we talkin' about?"
"Ohh uh... ummmm... nothing" I said I looked down and my chucks I must have been paler than I usually am because Giovanni said, "Are you feeling ok? Do you umm... need the nurse?"
"Hehe no... uh I just have a math test I'm a little worried about." I responded I heard my own voice crack wit nerves.
"Ok umm... you sure cause you are really pale. You were practically glowing red earlier."
"I'm fine!" I shouted and stared down at my food.
His ears turned a little red at the tips.
"I'm sorry... I just..." I said quietly
"It's fine... you don't have to come to my house anymore... I-I need to go" he got out before walking off.
"Nice going romeo" holli whispered
I gave her a glare and stared at my food and held back tears, why would I say that...
The rest of the day I tried to pay attention I was feeling horrible I just wanted to get home. I went to the bathroom during study hall and just locked myself in there the entire period sobbing into my knees, luckily no one came in. I walked to my last class, english and listened to my teacher talking about a book... I just wanted to get home. Finally after almost bursting into a tears again I could go home. I walked and sat down on my bed lying down there was no moisture left in my eyes so there was just the gross sobbing sound that came with crying.
After about ten minutes I got up and took a shower. I went to my TV to watch a cheesy movie and my phone buzzed:
Giovani
Giovani: um... hey
I didn't know what to say, I wanted to reply but it looked like he was typing,
Giovani: Hey... so um do you still want to come over?
Giovani: Jus wondering i mean if your mad you don't have to
Oh god... ummm what do I do, my head was running millions of miles an hour
Sam: yeah I'd really like to come over you know I'm kind of lonely here all alone... My parents work a lot
Giovani: Erm ok... well i finished my homework and my sister still wants to meet you
Sam: My mum already told me I can go over there so I'll come\
Sam:where do you live?
Giovani: Just down the street its big, and has lots of windows...
I walked down to his house and when I looked at it, it was BIG like he said. I rang the doorbell and a small face appeared!
"Hiya! Are you sam??? My brother Gio has said A LOT about you!"
"Come on Violet lets leave him alone so him and Giovanni hang out" another face almost identical to the 1st said.
"SHUT UP VIOLET, YOU TOO VIVIAN I KNOW YOU'RE BOTH THERE!!" An angry Giovani screamed it seemed to be coming from upstairs.
"AWWWW IS MY BIG BROTHER EMBARRASSED???" One of them yelled up the stairs, she had shorter hair than the second face, I was guessing she was Violet and she was twin sisters with the second face, probably Vivian.
"N-NO, JUST GO UPSTAIRS I'LL BE DOWN IN A MINUTE SAM CAN COME INSIDE AND SIT DOWN I'LL BE THERE SOON!" I laughed a little, then sat down on the piano bench, it was so nice, and much bigger than mine, it wouldn't hurt if I played it a little, would it? I started playing a little song that I had made up earlier. I heard clapping coming from the stairs, I blushed, no one ever actually heard me play ever.
"Nice job" Giovani said
"Oh... Um I just... um, I was playing a song I made up... it's nothing, it's still a work in progress."
He laughed and sat over down. "No dude it's really good I didn't know you played piano."
"Oh... um... well I just, I learned from my dad when I was young... um, so do you play?" I asked.
"Oh" He laughed a little "I do but just a little and I'm not the best."
"Uhh, well you can play something if you want..." I felt my face heat up You shouldn't of asked that bro he's going to not want to.
"Yeah! There's this one song... I only know it because..." He trailed off and started to mumble.
"U-uh what did you say?"
"N-nothing" His ears turned red and I couldn't help but smile a little.
"O-oh ok... why don't you play the song"
"I-uh a, okay..."
Giovani stretched out his fingers and started playing out a familiar melody... I felt a blush dusts my cheeks. It was a song I had told him to listen to on Saturday, I'm just wondering how he could have learned it so fast, I've been trying for months while he almost mastered it in two days. To be honest I'm kind of jealous of him, he said he wasn't that good but it sounds as if he's been playing since he was really young.
"Wow" That was all I could say, it just amazed me it was almost perfect.
"U-um did you like it?" His cheeks had a slight pink to them while his ears were the same color as my eyes.
"That was amazing you said you weren't that good but I've been attempting that song for months! You must have been playing piano for years!"
"Well... my dad made me go to lessons when I was young and it was fun but I just wanted to play what I want." He said but under his breath he whispered "I guess it helps when there's someone worth learning a song for." I felt a blush come across my face as I gripped the bench.
"W-well what do you want to do?" He asked quickly changing the subject.
~Let's time skip about an hour of nothing~
We sat up in his room playing Mortal Wombat and talking almost forgetting about earlier. We played until it looked like it was getting dark. "Well I guess I should get going soon." I sighed.
"Oh, ok I'll walk you home if you want."
W-wait he wants to walk you home... OH MY GAWD. Sams brains Panic Mode Activated! My brain was going a mile a minute. "YES!" God that came out too fast, I put my hands over my eyes, sighed and looked at him "Yes that would be really nice..."
~Le time skip of walking~
I face planted on my bed wanting to sleep but I knew I had to practice Violin. I practiced and went to bed, thinking over what happened today.
