Chapter 4: The Mean Bean

Clover's POV:

" Sooooo.?Any guy you have an eye for?" Aqua asked me mysteriously wiggling her perfect eyebrows. I just laughed. 

"Well.." I whispered leaning in beside her ear to make it seem like I have something to tell her. "NOPE" I almost yell in her ear, emphasizing the'P', I fell back and started  laughing like a hyena. We were currently outside of the school eating lunch. We never liked it inside and here at the school we have a choice to stay inside or go out for lunch. We didn't want to go out for lunch, but we also didn't want to stay inside, so we just ate our lunches outside in the yard.

"STOP IT" Aqua yelled and I smirked cause I could tell I had annoyed her. She HATED when I laughed like a hyena, and what she hated even more was when someone yelled in her ear. 

"If I didn't annoy you what type of friend would I be?" I asked innocently, while I flashed her an innocent smile. She then punched me playfully in the arm. She opened her mouth to say something---

"AHHHHHH, MY EYES" We both whipped our heads towards each other because out of no where we heard that irritating screech. My reflexes came rushing in as I jumped to my feet and turned the corner where the scream came from. As soon as I turned the corner my face turned red with rage as I saw what was happening in front of me.

A girl was on the ground, as it was clear that Ashley pushed her. She had a cocky smirk on her face as she looked at the girl on the ground. She then quickly turned her head away and looked at one of  her two ''sidekicks''. 

"That was so close, my eyes almost burned from looking at that ugly  bastard" She said pointing at the girl on the floor, and I could feel the heat from anger rise in my face. 

"Leave her alone" I yelled as I stomped my way over to Ashley really wanting to punch the life out of her right now as I now knew what type of girl she was.

"OH. MY. GOD." She said sounding like an annoying girly girl.  "Did you pick up that outfit from garbage-express 'cause it so fits you" She shot at me. Giving me a death glare.

"OH. MY. GOD." I said imitating her. "Is that the only insult you can give me 'cause that was like so last year!Like you!" I add at the end. She quickly stepped 1 step forward and pushed her hands towards me with all her strength. From all the practice I get, I moved out of the way, letting her fall on her face from thinking there would be an impact. 

"UGGGGGGHHHH'' She screamed with her face still on the floor. Her 2 sidekicks came to her rescue comforting her with their words as they headed off to the bathroom so they can get her cleaned up.

" Are you OK?" I asked the girl on the floor.

"Ya, and, uh thanks for.. um you know standing up for me." She smiled.

"No problem. My name is Clover, Clover Scott by the way" I said and her smile widened. "And my friend over there is Aqua" I said pointing at Aqua who was still at the corner 'cause she knew I could handle Ashley by myself. Aqua walked over.

"Hi, my name is Aqua." Aqua introduced her self. Me and the girl looked at each other and laughed cause I already introduced Aqua to her.

"What's so funny ??!" Aqua asked with the most confused look on her face.

"Nothing" I replied and shrugged it off.Looking back at the girl I asked her what her name was. She looked at me for a second before replying : 

" Mary. My name is Mary Wells".

AN: so this is my first story to write and to be honest i'm nervous. I already see that there are 22 views which is already so encouraging so thank you. i will continue to update on this story but i also want to hear some of your ideas. so plz comment on what you want or think will or should happen next. Also I really want to add a cast so if you can plz comment ideas on the cast. THANK YOU.
